Ok, I, being the owner of BattleDice Revolution will try and explain a bit more.
The example goes as such:
There are 4 players, therefore 1D4 (1 4-sided dice) or a random number generator from 1 -> 4 is used. Lets say the result is a 2.
Each player has a number:
1 - Blake
2 - MD
3 - Raven
4 - TSO
MD is therefore asked 'Truth or Dare'. The roller (I presume Blake will roll first) gets to ask the question/tell the dare, then once it has been answered/done that person rolls another dice/generates another number.
However, if the roller gets the number of themselves, they simply reroll the dice/regenerate a number.
