I'd probably end up buying it no matter who the main character is, or any of the side characters, or any of the random characters for that matter...
Though having Sora again would be nice...*imagines back to the fight with a thousand Heartless, both fights against Sephiroth, using cards to get through a castle, clobbering anything in the way of saving the day, etc.*

mitzumori I've noticed that Sora's character in the secound game got kind of, well, mean. In the first game he was polite and such, but in KH2 he lost that innocence of his. I liked him a lot better in KH1, I must say. I miss his random lame speeches that made me melt. <3;
Don't get me wrong, if Sora wasn't in the third game, I'd be totally sad. Since it IS Square Enix and most of their games are awesome, I'd still play it. Besides, Mickey is at least in the game (well, in the trailer at least.) Yeah, kind of gotta agree with a few of the changes in personality there. Too bad you can't get the perfect mix of power, ability, and controls from KH2 matched up with the innocent, kind KH1 Sora. Actually too bad in general that there were so many more ways to just destroy foes in KH2...

Yes, I would.
I like the over all philosophy of the game and I don't like it just because it has cute characters in it.
I sort of hope it's a little bit more grown up in the next one, and I'd probably like it even if it doesn't Disney characters in it.
I do hope it's the last game though, because it's hard to figure out all what's going on with it all. xp

I'd so buy it. I mean even if Sora isn't in there, there is a part of him. Like you know? The one going the path of light is supposedly the past of Sora.
And plus it's something new. Gotta try it, expecially because it's from Square Enix.

 Sora can't live in the game worl forever. I love the series, and it plot lines, and I'm not really keen to Sora, so..
I would definetly buy it!

first... I think this all intertwines with the KH story.
second... I don't care who I am in the game... I'm in it for the story...
third... I think going off the KH:FM secret ending that KH3 will be about the story before Sora's time... and then I think it will go back to Sora's time with Sora as a character again... because of the ending of KH2 - Sora, Riku, and Kari have the letter, so that have to do something in KH3.

I actually don't know if I want to get it or not. I mean, I love all the characters from the first two; Sora, Riku, Roxas, Kairi, Namine, etc. I don't think the games would be the same without them, honestly. But of course they would not be doing this if it wasn't needed, bringing in another side to the story. I do want to see how the story continues and everything so that's making me want to get it. Just...knowing there will be new characters like...makes me mad a bit. I don't like that the original characters are not going to be in it. confused But meh, I don't know. I might get it anyway. *shrugs*

I'd still buy it. I mean, Sora is probably my favorite video game character, but giving up on the series cause a character is gone is stupid.

Eh, I'd buy it. It's a chance to give some new characters well--- a chance. Hell, I might end up liking a new character more than I absolutely adore Sora. Not likely, but if you don't try you'll never know. x3

I probably will. Even though when I think of Kingdom Hearts I think of Sora, Kairi and Riku etc. Nonetheless I still want to see what KH3 will be like, with Sora or not D: Though Sora is <3 I still love KH for its story aswell.

I'll be sad that it's not about Sora, but I think I'll buy it. I mean it would be nice to get more info about the keybladers and what not, so yeah, i'd get it
