Let's see...

it's so confusing
if this started in may, june.. then everyone where 12...
And Sasuke would be the older one.
Then Naruto
Then Sakura
This could explain the age.
But.
If it started before january and everyone would be 12
Sakura would be the older one, then her bday comes
she is 13
Then sasuke is 13
Then Naruto is 13
If the series started before after June...
aproximadedtly on October all are 11
Then
Naruto Is the oldest, when his bday comes
he is 12
Then Sakura is 12
and sasuke is the younger one..
so he is 12

Tenshi no Hana-chan Actually, since we don't know which month the series started, Sakura and Naruto could be possibly a year younger or Sasuke a year older than both of them. For example, if the story started at around April, it would make them all 12, but when July rolls around, Sasuke would be 13.
But that's just me and my wishful thinking. I dunno, but I prefer having the guy older than the girl. *gets hanged then shot* Well then Naruto would still be 11. Because his birthday is in October.

In March 28, 2001, all three are still in the Academy. Naruto is 12, Sakura is 12, and Sasuke is 12.
In April 10, 2001, all three are genin. All three are still 12.
In July 23, 2001, Naruto is 12, Sakura is 12, and Sasuke is 13.
In October 10, 2001, Naruto is 13, Sakura is 12, and Sasuke is 13.
So technically, in my world (meaning this isn't a fact) Naruto AND Sasuke are both older than her so that for most of the year, she's younger than both of them, but in the periods between March 28 and July 23, they're all the same age.
Oh, and BTW, I just put the years there to lessen confusion. blaugh

today i got this naruto book and it has about a paragraph or two about almost everyone in the series and it said that Sasuke is 13 so are the rest of the genin except for Neji (14), Lee (14), Gaara (12), and that's it i think. (and I never knew Kiba has a sister!)

( Although, that doesn't mean girls will be taller than all the boys (Sasuke). )

There is still a possibility of Sasuke and Naruto being older than Sakura. They could have been born in the year before the one Sakura was born in... whee

So I don't really know what to believe, ha sweatdrop
Same here.
I was Kishimoto would tell us. I hate when the guys are younger..
But if anything, Naruto should be the oldest, since he's failed three times. But yet it said he was their age.
I think it's just a plothole. He just made the birthdays for the astrological signs, not for age.

No... when they said Naruto failed three times, it means he took the same final exam thrice already, but in the same year. He was given a chance to take the exam thrice. He didn't repeat the grade.

OKAY. In conclusion, it doesn't matter what your worlds are or what the theories are. Gaara is the oldest rookie, followed by Sakura, then everybody else.

A few have said this before, but Sakura IS older than Sasuke.
It is officially stated that Hinata is the youngest of the Rookie 9. Her birthday is the last of the year, meaning the first of the Rookie 9's age group is Gaara, then Shino (if I'm correct). Sakura's birthday is in March, and Sasuke's is in July.
The only time you'll see it any different is in AU fanworks.

Sasuke Comes from a big family (I mean big as in football shoulders like me) so that's why he's tall. But, He's 1inch taller than Sakura. So age doesn't mattter with height because Hinata is much younger than Naruto and she's 4'10 and so's Sakura.
