Saga ate as fast as, if not faster than, Ayame ate her funnel cake. He licked his fingers too, making sure that they were totally clean before looking wistfully at his empty hand. He frowned to himself, tilting his head slightly as he thought, 'Hm... Good things never seem to last at all. Especially when it comes to good food.'
The male turned to look at Dragain's hands, and smiled a little.
Dragain laughed softly, nodding at Lavi, as if agreeing with her 'look'. She handed each of the children one candy apple, "Here you go... This time, eat slowly!"

Ayame nodded solemnly, dissapointed at the restriction, but happily bit into the apple just the same. Savoring the flavor of the caramel she looked about att he varying activities and others enjoying them. There was even more to do then she had thought when Lavi had spoken to her before about it, it wouldn't be possible to do it all...
"Saga, when you are ready, I am." She took another mouthful of apple and munched quietly, or as quietly as one munching an apple possibly can.
Lavi too was now looking around for some old games she had enjoyed, though it seemed the stalls from back then were no longer included in the fair setup.
