As Trei is on Snow's left, and Snow is falling, Trei has a fair bit of time to react to Snow's counter; not to mention the fact that Trei's foot is still buried in his opponent's crotch. So, all he has to do is pivot on his left foot and pull his right leg in, which will pull Snow's left leg forward and up just as his blade bites into the outside of Trei's thigh. This SHOULD place Snow on his back, one leg folded underneath him...
At the same time, Trei's left arm will release its grip on the massive blade and whip backwards, drawing and cocking Blind Moon in one smooth motion. Even as the blade of his sword falls downward due to the lack of support, his left arm snakes beneath his right once more, to aim at the throat of his opponent.
"You're still sandbagging..."
With that, the young man will pull the trigger.

There's still one fact remaining - Snow is still close to Trei.
And it was a big mistake to not keep his left blade in check with Trump Card.
And that is more than enough to keep the fight going.
So as Snow fell backwards, his grip on the blade left of him was suddenly stabbed to the ground, halting his backward fall and supporting his weight briefly on the shoulder. His left leg was outstretched a bit due to the cheap shot, he swung it down like a pendulum to suddenly revert Snow back onto his legs, causing him to lurch a bit forward and twist to the left, using the impaled blade as a balance point to launch a slash diagonally downwards so that it would hack through the throat, and right into the right ribcage of Trei's body.
So even if Trei manages to c**k Blind Moon against Snow, an incoming slash isn't exactly easy to take the eyes off.
The pain was there, but since Snow isn't using his legs as pivots, and instead using the blade as support on his left, his upper body still had the strength.
But his lower body would need some time to recover after Trei's cheap shot.
Sandbagging or not...
Snow is still keeping to the confined rules of honorable fighting. He just simply uses a Nitoryuu - two bladed - style fighting. Not with a gun, or with cheap shots to an enemy's private parts.
Besides, he's not planning to use some hidden weapons concealed underneath his defensive bracers.

He wasn't expecting the b*****d to crutch up. Now, he's got to contend with one more desperation attack, apparently... and the way he sees it, he's got two options, neither of which will be much fun.
The first, of course, would be to continue as is and get his head chopped off. Needless to say, this isn't desirable, seeing as he kinda needs his head to think and live and eat and stuff. But seriously, what else can he do, wielding such a big blade?
So, then, he takes option B; relinquishing his right hand's grip on the massive blade, and thusly freed of the impediment that goes with swinging a huge hunk of metal around, Trei blurs into action, slamming his right forearm at an angle into the incoming blade and pivoting, sacrificing the muscle and a divot of bone to divert Snow's incoming attack and open him up wide for Blind Moon.
"Immediate Victory..."
Now, with better aim and a more open shot, Trei opens fire on his opponent's chest, double-tapping the .500 caliber's trigger to send armor piercing rounds into his opponent's heart and lung.

((...when was the massive blade on your right side? I thought in the last post you dropped the blade with your left, and then cocked Blind Moon out when it was falling...o_o; ))

Like a cornered fox, the weight behind the slash came to contact with Trei's forearm. But putting all his weight behind that last slash, just as Trei opened fire into Snow's heart and lungs, the lethal edge of the blade broke through the bone hindering its path, dismembering Trei's entire right forearm and continuing its path downwards, cleaving through a large chunk of muscle and body as Snow left a gaping wound on the opponent's chest...
His body gave some small jolts when the bullets pierced through the vital organs. And with it, after completing that slash, the body of Snow's slumped down, held aloft by the blade impaled near his left, still maintaining that pose and its lifeless eyes still narrowed in the killing intent.
