I think that everyone agrees that Matsuda's great! I love him! He's one of my fav characters (prob. just below L ^^) Without him Death Note would be way too dark so he brings the life back into it biggrin XD

I feel sorry for him because he really wants to be involved, but everyone just gives him minor jobs, like getting coffe, and they don't take him seriously. But it's his fault for being so clueless all the time. Though, he's quite brave and determained when he wants to be. But I adore him, he's so funny, cute and inoccent. I love how they gave him the star role in one episode and called it "Matsuda."

I mean come on we all know that everyone dies in the end.

I was SHOCKED AND APPAULED with my friend when she came over the other day.
She said she hates Matsuda and wished him dead. DD: Now, I knew she hated Misa already, practically everyone is at least annoyed by her at times, but Matsuda? She didn't really give a reason, apart from saying things like 'He's so stupid and annoying and usless, ew!' and I couldn't understand it. D:
And then her dad told us to quit whining 'cause he's just a drawing... ;_;

I love him. He's so hilarious. He's just so...I don't know. He just adds comic relief and he makes me laugh. I also like him later in the anime series with Light's sister. It cracked me up.

Since he first came into the anime and manga I really liked Matsuda smile (not one of my favs characters, but I held a soft spot for him.) he's quite funny and adorable.

I thought it was awesome that he shoots Light, I dunno, something about that made me heart him so much more. It wouldn't have had the same effect with anyone else because Matsuda was the one that believed in Light the most.
