Alice laughed giddily as they ran through the forest, blue eyes gleaming as she looked around her. Veering to miss a tree-trunk, she looked towards Ati.
But a flash of motion caught her eye elsewhere, and ever curious, the pup wheeled to a stop to see what it was. There wasn't much to see before it dove into the bush, but a furry little stump of a tail to determine what it was. "Bunny!" she yipped ecstatically, tails wagging.

"Then let's catch it!" Ati called enthusiasticaly, carading into the bush, losing all his grace in the pure fun of the chase and being with Alice for a moment. He wasn't even really hungry anymore, though he knew Alice was. He just wanted to have a good time right now, since he was so rarely with chatty wolves!
"We don't want to miss it!" He called over his shoulder, eyes finidng the rabbit when he turned back, and took off after with with even more persistance than before.

"Ya!" she yipped, running after him and the rabbit. Ati was in front of her, and the younger femme followed intently, eyes wide with excitement.
Two tails wagged haphazardly as she raced through the bush, never letting her sights off of the blue mass that was her friend as they hunted their cotton-tailed breakfast. He was so fast! She'd never gotten this close to a rabbit on a chase by herself!

Ati raced along, jumping up and running along a log, which he then leapt off of, landing right on the rabit and breaking it's neck upon impact. Swift and painless, since Ati had never really been one for harming another creature except when he had to eat. He sat down beside it and turned his head, smiling over his shoulder at Alice.
"Got breakfast Alice!"

She watched as her best friend seemed to speed up, jumping over a fallen tree log and out of sight. Yipping with enthusiasm, she yelled encouragement, following as fast as her paws would take her. The log, was a challenge to get over, since it was quite a bit bigger than her. By the time she'd managed to get on top of it, the action was over, and Ati sat beside the rabbit, which now was not moving or breathing.
"Awesome!" Alice replied, hopping off the log and padding over, tails waving.

Ati smiled, pushing the rabbit towards Alice with his nose, "You found it, so you get first dibs!" He cheered happily, "I've gotten pretty good at this hunting thing since last time we met." He chuckled a little bit, lying down again, tilting his head to the side.
Ati waited happily, glad to see Alice again, and so happy to see him too Ati was always gald to make others happy, and he liked Alice. She was fun!

Happily, the young femme dug into the rabbit, ripping off the furry outside to get to the beautiful warm meat inside. Through it all, she couldn't help but give a contented whimper as she ate, both tails whipping around.
She hadn't eaten in a while, and Alice had almost forgotten what it was like to have such a great meal as this, warm and juicy. She devoured almost half, before stopping and looking towards Ati, blood dripping on her maw.

Ati smiled brightly, chuckling, "If you want to, go right ahead. You can finish it, I honestly don't mind, I promise. I'll find some more food, there's always some lying around somewhere, and besides, you look funny." He wagged his tail and sat down, looking perfectly pleased with himself.
He was so glad that he had managed to catch something for Alice. She really did look like she was about to starve to death. He didn't want that, no matter what.

"R-Really?" the pup asked, her ears lifting a bit in surprise. Could she have heard that right? A whole rabbit, for her? "Well, you look even funnier!" Alice replied, giggling at his contented look, tails waving as she licked the blood from her maw carefully.

Ati laughed, "Well... fine then, you smell funny." He told her, not meaning it obviously, but looking quite silly when he spoke. He had clearly missed her, and he wanted to help however he could.
It had been a while since he had heard a little girl laugh. Almost since he had last seen Alice he was sure.

"I do not!" The pup laughed in response, batting playfully with a large and clumsy paw at his nose. She fell over and rolled onto her back, white belly exposed as she looked up at her big blue friend with adoring eyes. The green grass fronds tickled her fur as the wind blew them, and there was still a red spot of blood on the tip of her nose.

Ati chuckled and rolled her over with one paw, "You do so!" He called backk playfully, rolling her over again, just for fun. He was much bigger than she was, but he was careful not to hurt his little friend. He would never want to do that!

"Hey! That tickles!" the pup yelped, laughing and wriggling around as he turned her over and over. Giggling she managed to jump out of the way, starting once more to finish off the rabbit. She'd eat, then they'd play.

Ati chuckled and sat back down, wagging his tail. He missed pups! They were too much fun! It was awsome! He was just glad he had found poor Alice before she starved to death.

Gulping down the rabbit meat as fast as she could, the skinny pup devoured the rabbit. Both tails swayed haphazardly around, a trait though un-known, she'd gotten from her father. She'd never known him, and her mother barely mentioned anything about him, so she just assumed that he had just...expired. But she didn't dwell on thoughts like that...
Picking off pretty much everything from her breakfast, she left nothing more than bones, before looking towards Ati. Grinning as she licked her maw she went down into a play bow, her rump waving in the air. "Let's play!" she yipped.
