Its not soul magick, it's Zombie Magick. For shits son, you try it and see if it works. Theirs only been one person in the whole world whos done this and even that states as fiction. Whatever you belive though. I'm not being mean, so excuse my posts if I am.

Now let's get some things ******** clear first. Before you start blowing your trumpet about your own knowledge and taking shits on the beliefs of others, maybe you should stop and think about the situation.

1. I simply provided a reference to a form of magic that is supposed to involve the soul. To me, that constitutes a soul magic. So don't be ******** pedantic about it. You said yourself it involves soul manipulation, so let's not split hairs about what the ******** its name is, and focus on what it DOES. And what does it do? Oh yes. It involves manipulating the soul.

2. I did not say I had done this form of magic, tried it, want to try it or even believe it works. Someone was asking for forms of magic involving the soul, so what did I do? I gave them a goddamned reference I thought would be of use. What I did not give was an invitation for anyone with a need to prove themselves to come in and go through my posts with a finetooth comb, looking for a reason to say "olol no u rong i betr".

3. In terms of the cultural practices associated with vodou zombies, it involves poison. This is what I believe to be real, but it still doesn't change the fact that someone asked a question and I answered to the best of my ability.

4. And what I believe? Not the stuff you're trying to criticise me for, it seems.

I WOULD excuse your posts, except that you seem to know you're being rude. Why excuse someone who knows what they're doing is wrong, and just doesn't give a damn?

I'm raising this thread as a companion thread for the one entitled "define otherkin". If you can have a soul that's other than human, does that mean you could transmogrify it yourself? How would you go about creating (as Khalida suggested) a horcrux, without murdering someone?

Anything else anyone wanted to add about soul magick would be awesome. I personally want to find out if it's possible to change the nature of a soul. o3o

.... i know its not my place to be saying anything, since obviously im nothing important in teh guild, but im sure you guys dont want to get banned from teh guild for going against that respect stuff. XD we all wanna flip out on someone at one point or another but just keep it chill for now. biggrin in the futur, if you dislike someone why not assentuate your point by replaceing curse words with kanoodle?

as for my knowledge on the subject, im not realy sure if you can make a soul but if you can id love to know... im not saying this next part is 100% accurate, but it may help adn you could perhaps experament a bit if youd like.
ok...... i was taught somewhere along the lines that makeing a soul is basicly giveing power to nothing surprised versimplification:... if you pour your energy into the pre-soul (presoul, like the idea of what that soul will/ is after you make it) and shape the energy accordingly, that might do it.

then again, thats only what i know about somethign completely diffrent and im only cros refrenceing it to the same idea that goes along with summoning a fake being, which doesnt seem very diffrent from what your attemtping. sweatdrop as for destroying a soul, i suppose you could (assumption) just draw the energy from a soul until its to weak to maintain its existance.... but that owuld realy be more along teh lines of weakening becuase you dont realy 'kill' the soul, but more accurately absorb it....
anyway, theres my 2cents for this subject, and i caution only to try what i said at your own risk. sweatdrop good luck with everything.

Hmmmmm. I made what someone called my fetch a while ago., but for certain reasons I had to stow him away. I didn't count on the fact that he would actively seek nourishment from the environment. He was small at first so I gave him orders to sustain himself. He went overboard and well he ate stuff. And of course he got bigger and started needing to eat bigger things to survive. I hadn't counted on that. yes it does require concentration at first but it won't blow you away. I once made a snake (I like snakes GOSH!) and he bit me but I absorbed him. You are essentially giving free will to something. Of course no one could see them but me since I don't really know how to give him a physical vessel..... He killed little grass plants at first, then other small things. I created him to help me with magick and that's what he did, but he required energy to do this and since he could not draw from me he took life away from other things like small animals. I feared that he would kill a human in a matter of time so I locked him up in a crystal. He's quite big now.... I should have learned my lesson then, but I didn't.

The next thing I created was a bird. I was doing some form of a love spell (no, you can't talk me out of it, ever) and I created a bird to bring me someone's love back at the sound of a whistle.... well it didn't know when to stop and then let's just say I felt sexy. but when you break open a dam it's hard to stop it.... So anyway I had stalkers and then it became worse to attempts at (my virginity). And it wasn't just people my age. so anyway I sicked my snake on the bird and of course he won, but it was too much energy and he essentially fused. It attacked some of my enemies feeding off of their heart chakras and in the end I eventually had to put him away again. That is after he cleared each of my enemies.... anyway it wasn't fun seeing him randomly appear at my school and eat someone's heart chakra. It was easy for him since he had no physical body..... So nowadays I keep him locked up because I haven't got the heart to kill him.
