I'll be joining. Just wondering, what is the criteria for 'best character'? Do you mean the most original? The most thought out? What?

from what i think a best character should be:
most original, thought up and well developed character.

Heres a few guidelines
Rules:
1. Original Character Only (thought up by you)
2. No Bribing (will result in disqualification)
3. Have fun
4. One character/ member
5. Do not double post the description

What's a "Best Character"?
1. Original Idea
2. Well thought up
3. Well developed
4. Can share some similarities (qualities/abilities/powers) with a character you've read in a book, though i would prefer it be more original.

Note: if you have a pic of your character on a pic hosting site you can post it also (it's not required). use the IMG button then copy your image's url (location)

Contest does not open until Mon Jun 18th
Once it's open, you can post the descriptions, until then, you can only post comments or questions.
the contest will be open for a week (until 11:59 Mon Jun 25th)
then the judges will go through the entire and decide on 3
the decision will take time so please once the contest is closed, give us some time, I will take the day once we're done deciding to inform every member that joined in the contest that we have made a decision. the winners will be posted at the end of this thread.

Attention: The contest will open in 3 and a half days!!
That's Mon Jun 18th. you can post descriptions starting after 12:00am.
It will be open for a week.

Yes they're viewable to all, but only members can post replies, and yes you can post comments to other members characters, though i may make a separate thread for that.

hmmm....i'll see if the other judges like this idea, it may also help us to decide, if we choose the top five members pick possibly, then filter it down to 3, i'll ask
*edit: ok so far 2/3, more than likely it will be okayed, that way we(the judges) will not have to read a whole lot. but i myself will go through every post and read, and i will comment on your characters via pm.
