Chrissie-T We don't vote on the deletion of thread, or the removal of posts. But we all paid and the banning of a member is a huge thing. We happily let the mods take control of most situations because we acknowledge the fact we voted them in and we need them there to keep control of things, but the effects the banning of bunnah will have is huge. Surely you can forsee the huge issues it will cause? The rift that is sure to occur once he is gone? Why break up the AA? Well I'm not banning him for wrong reasons, and in the same way, I'm not going to let him stay for the wrong reasons. He's drastically stepped out of line, and the way I see fit (and I -will- discuss this with the mods), it's worth a ban. Popularity and people missing him has nothing to do with it and it's not my job.

But popularity will come into it. If he's banned we're to see a lot of people leaving in protest. I'm not saying its for right/wrong reasons, but im saying the effect is drastic and not worth it. Ever since this guild has started we've had so many issues, mostly related to some having power whilst others lack it. We were all a much more close knit group when we were just a thread. But i'll continue saying it, I do not think its fair to ban someone without the group deciding. Lay out the facts, remove all bias...and let us all decide.

im not going to take part in a long a** argument, but as much as i am aware of, the post bunnah made in shy's thread about deleting it, wasn't necasarily a disrespectful thing, it was more directly an idea, and personaly i agree with him on deleting it. First thing i noticed when i joined the guild is that its overly cluttered with topics, alot, if not most are not being used, or have been completly abandoned, like the one that is locked.
As for deleting shy's thread, saying it should be deleted is fair enough, unless there is somthing in there of importance to someone in some way i supose.

fire_eyez Chrissie-T I don't see any benefit to the guild if Bunnah was banned. He is a constant member here and generally is entertaining. Not everyone was clear on Shy's prediciment. I don't know the story on the deleted posts, but hey, who doesn't lie to get their arse out of trouble. If he is banned we'll lose a lot more people. Maybe there should be a group vote instead of just a few people. This guild was paid for by most of us so maybe we should have equal shares in what happens to it? Lying and denying the posts, as Streek had, is forgivable. Pretending it never happened and turning it around to make it look like he was victimized by me isn't. WS is editing a poll back into this, I assume, but it won't be official. We can't all vote on issues like this because it isn't practical, and then, what's popular isn't always right and vice versa. We've all voted for mods and that's what they're here for. Look, im not lying for the sake of lying, im saying what i honestly think happened... im not trying to piss anyone off... anyway, See you guys around! StreekG

I would like to take this opertunity to clarifie a Few things. Spam. What is it? Spam is unsolicited "junk" e-mail sent to large numbers of people to promote products or services. Sexually explicit unsolicited e-mail is called "porn spam." Also refers to inappropriate promotional or commercial postings to discussion groups or bulletin boards. that is the Internet Version of Spam. Spam is also the registered trademark of Hormel Corporation, for its processed meat product SPAM. I do not See bunnah Mass Advertising a Product or a Pornographic website. I also do not see him Making SPAM in a can. There is nowhere on the internet That Classifies spam as "a Persons Random and Seemingly Pointless Posting of Non relevent Talk on a Forum" Thank you for your time.

I stand by Teikou and firey's decisions, bunnah has been disrespectful to more than one member and I myself have been tempted to bring up the idea of banning him. I find the majority of his posts as relatively spam, and some are rather offensive to some members in this guild. Although, as members have mentioned, he is entertaining and has his moments. All accounting though, I don't see the point to him staying in this guild.
Firey, you have my vote.
And Spam, on message boards, are considered off topic, nonsense and utterly offensive posts. I'm not saying they are all of these, just one or the other.

If bunnah is banned, I think I'd probably go back to the old thread.

bunnah was banned fairly, we've given him enough chances but he decided to continue to defy us. Just because you didn't see anything of what he's done wrong doesn't mean he never did it.
We shouldn't have to keep posts in a thread so we can prosecute later on. The moderator's job is to delete distasteful posts and that's what we did. As much as bunnah says he didn't say these things, he did, I saw them myself. I liked bunnah to an extent, I enjoyed his posts but he just can't be controlled so we had to let him go.
Lets try and trust the moderator's decisions here, I've been watching the whole ordeal where as most people have been inactive and hardly noticed it so also keep that in mind.

For those of you who are leaving in protest of the ostracism of bunnah you are no better than he is. By leaving you have yourself proven your immaturity. Respect the moderator's decision. I'm sorry it has had to come to this. I would have thought we could act like adults, but I guess not, many of us remain children.
I am truly sorry for this guild. I believe this will bring about it's destruction. My apologies to those who have loved and cherished this guild as I have.

Well, this all sounds to me like a big misunderstanding that has gotten out of hand.
My advice: Get over it.
Think about it. Does it really matter?

I mean this in no offence to you personally Em.
Does a Judge say to a rape victim "Get over it", does a Doctor say "You've got clinical depression, get over it". No they don't. This is in no way different. He has commited an offence deemed rather henious by Firey. Personally I think she has done the right thing in this case.
I mean sure it may not matter alot, but it's the principle. We can't have people running a muck in the guild like they own the place.
