At first the little god was worried he had completely lost the larger lion in the conversation, Kijibwa's face was masked with a slight sense of uncertainty and wonder, and Mala thought he had dwelved too far down into his history for one night, but when the mask fell, and he went back to being a softhearted and happy lion, the god breathed a sigh of relief, masking his uncertainty with a smile of his own, his tail flopping in the grasses once or twice.
"I donno, we seem to be a bit alike, Kijibwa, but I don't think that's a bad thing, infact, I think it's kinna nice to find someone who's had a past somewhat like mine." He answered the first part, the grin softening on his face as e listened on, the father giving his graces to him. Somewhere deep inside, Jamala felt very complete about life. He had truely found others that he could understand, to a degree, that were not only a 'family' as he had heard so many times before as a cub, but now he was being accepted by them.
Life had been good. Now it was great.
"I-ah.. I appreciate that Kijibwa, from the bottom of my heart, I assure you, I'll never forget you guys, It really means a lot to me to be accepted like this. I've learnt a lot."

Jamala was one of the few that Kiji knew that he could relate to on the family history, even on a small scale. If the god could accept the similarities for what they were, perhaps he could as well.. there was just something different about being divine, even if Kiji did not let that small fact influence his general opinion. If one was simply created, and that's how their story started, though- that was hard to ignore.
"You're stuck with us now," he said brightly, "I wasn't sure about Kev bringing along a friend, but.. she couldn't have made a better friend."
Kiji was very happy right now. Though Siku was hesitant to see her mother, their family as it was at that moment.. it was perfect.

A chuckle erupted from the throat of the younger godling, as Jamala found amusement in the statement that the father-creature had made, a grin splashed on his maw as he looked up to him. Whatever he knew from the creatures around the Savannah, in his mind, were all put together neatly in Kijibwa, as far as he could tell, and it made him feel good that he found such a good figure to place a name to.
"I think I rather like the glue that binds this family then, I'm content knowing I was allowed to be brought along in the end. But.." he started, before looking up, and giving a short, but sudden yawn. "I think this should mark the end of tonight. The stars and their graces are high, and I'm starting to feel the effects of .. needing a good night's rest. So if you wouldn't mind... I think I'll take my rest."
Upon mentioning that, he extended his wings to full wing span, before giving a curt, but very respectful bow to the older lion, before beating them once, and leaving with a "Take care, Kijibwa."

Kijibwa smiled at Jamala, always happy to hear good things about his family, especially from those within it. It made him that much happier, that much more secure about it all. He only continued to smile when Jamala went on to say he was starting to feel tired, and nodded when he said he'd go to get some sleep.
"Go sleep, then," he said, returning the bow in a cross between a bow and nod, keeping himself seated. It wasn't meant to be disrespectful, Kiji was simply comfortable how he was and he was comfortable enough with Jamala that he didn't even imagine he might offend the god.
"Good night," Kiji called after him, and then he took a few more moments to admire the Pridelands before wandering back to the family himself.
