"Father will always be better." He'd taken them away from Mother for a reason, even if he didn't know what it was, so he had to be the better choice. He would have to ask Father about mother though sometime. What use was it keeping them away from her forever? How would they learn what she was like and why she was bad if they never met her?
Shaking his head slightly he looked down at Spade. Somehow he was starting to think that it would be easy to lead the other foal where ever he wanted with words. "Sounds like you shouldn't be alone then. If you can't think of what to say to others then you should stay by someone who can talk for you." He smirked slightly. "At least until you're asked a direct question."

Spade only nodded with his other father comment, but the eyed him suspiciously at his next. "Uhh.." he cringed, feeling a bit angry. "Maybe what I said didn't make sense but, I don't listen to others like that." Just because he was screwed up, didn't mean he would let others walk all other him. His sister tried to do that constantly, but he would just ignore her. It was much easier to ignore. He didn't want others. He just wanted to be alone, all the time.
"I can think of things to say," he twitched lightly and continued on speaking, "But nothing that interests you, so why speak then?" His jaw was in a frown, and he was not pleased with Tarnish's comment. Just because he was still in an awkward phase, didn't mean he would be taken so easily. Hopefully when his body would grow, he could be more imtimadating, and just damage others whenever he felt like it. Yes, that would be perfect. Until now, he would have to deal with his own idiotic ways, and try to learn from them better.
"I don't think you should be off alone because your father will get mad." He said, only commenting back. From how he kept boasting about his father, he doubted he would want him wandering off alone. Lucky for Spade, his parents could care less if he died of something.

"Father won't mind me being on my own. I'm not that weak and i know how to stay out of trouble." Father seemed to trust him alone more than he did his siblings. Though that might have just been because Father still had so much to teach them and he learned quickly.
"Nothing that interest me yet. You could try harder you know." One day his attitude would get him in trouble but for now it was so much easier going with the flow that people had to impress him before they were worth his time.

"Well then you are a waste of my own time." He scoffed, and looked at Tarnish with angry eyes. His body was shaky but he ignored it since Tarnish was acting so high and mighty. "Whatever then, go do what you want, and I'll do the same."
He snorted and kicked his feet to turn around, and move away from Tarnish. What a jerk, he didn't need to talk to him anymore. Spade's mind had already trailed on to something else and he became focused in an instant, ignoring the foal tha was behind him.
