Epic needs some Tau units, I mean seriously, they would be so awesome to play in large numbers. Railguns galore!
The only ones availible now are from forge world, and they are not always accepted in games.

Are there rules for EPic 40k supplied on the GW website? I haven't seen any at GW shops and there are none in my town.... I'd like to get into playing but at this time my only option is to grab the Final Liberation freeware version. That only lets you play as the imperial alliance VS Orks....

Forgeworld made some epic tau while back. I have space marines, accompanied by a reaver titan, I'm actually trying to think up a name for the titan, I name all my improtant characters and a titan is pretty damn important

i liked epic when it was "titan legions" not "40,000" new style is just the same skirmish battles with slightly bigger units. titan legions was massive armies waging war on another. EX epic 40k space mariens would be like 24 marine bases 6 tanks a titan and mabey some aircraft. titan legions was 100 marine bases 40 tanks 5 titans 6 aircraft drop pods adeptus mechanicus, and alot of other good stuff.

DarkElf27 Lt_Brookman Those were the days, days when Andy C. was still important! Speaking of which, I was looking at the credits of one of my favorite games, Homeworld 2, and the name "Andrew Chambers" was listed as one of the main writers and developers. Is this a coincidence, or are 2 of my favorite pastimes (Homeworld and WH40K) rather directly linked? no same guy he wrote alot of sifi before he got in was the 40k guys. I had one of his books kicking around infact.

I have a quick question, just as in apocalypse you can use large flying vehicles can you use things from Aeronautic Imperialis in battles of epic 40,000 and vise versa? I ask because I plan to start an Epic 40k Eldar army... when I get money and I plan to also start a Aeronautic Imperialis army of, again, eldar.

Eldar Dire Avenger I have a quick question, just as in apocalypse you can use large flying vehicles can you use things from Aeronautic Imperialis in battles of epic 40,000 and vise versa? I ask because I plan to start an Epic 40k Eldar army... when I get money and I plan to also start a Aeronautic Imperialis army of, again, eldar. Well, keep in mind Epic, while based in the same universe, is totally different from 40k in both scale and mechanics. So models will not crossover, nor will rules. There may be rules for the same units, but the fact that a unit is available in one line does not mean that they will be available in all lines.

I know that there is Aeronautic Imperialis models in epic 40k and there is there is the anti-air models in Aeronautic Imperialis, but my question is; can you play both games simultaneously on one board by using rules combined from both rule books? for example, having an eldar firestorm fire upon a Tau orca dropship and then the firestorm be shot at by a Tau skyray and so on. (if that was the answer you gave me I'm sorry redface )
