Keiran nodded slightly as his mother spoke. He actually wanted to begin arousing trouble among the soquili and not the bug population, but she was right. He should wait until he was big and strong like his father. He couldn't wait until he grew up. It would be nice... to be big and strong. He was so limited being a foal. "Nah, just observation. There seems to be many more 'nice' soquili around here then bad."
Watching Loveless and Ariston, Heartless felt something flicker in her heart. A shimmer of joy? Or a flash of envy? Nah, Heartless didn't feel anything. ... Most of the time. She shrugged off the feeling and watched her family. She sort of felt a sense of accomplishment, if she could feel that much. This was her family. Something that she helped create with Ariston. That gave it so much beauty. Heartless couldn't help but feel proud of this. But she wondered where the other little foal had disappeared to. Who knows, he'll probably turn up sooner or later.

Loveless nodded as her brother spoke, noticing that too. "But I am sure observing is teaching you quite a lot about the different species." That was something that Loveless just couldn't do, sit and observe. Already as a foal she had made a few enemies, and even a few friends. She was too eager to run off on her own, that she did quite a lot. But, everything others had told her became lessons for her to learn. "I noticed there are a lot of cross-breeds too, so it is hard to pin point if they are evil or not."
Ariston turned to Heartless, who seemed off in her own thoughts. "It is scary to imagine them all grown up," He turned his head to face the two Kalona children. "I bet they will be even more gorgeous, since they already are now." Such a strange thing that life was, Ariston still couldn't believe that he had a family to take care of now. He would be happy though, for when his children were old enough to wander on their own. Only because, it would be nice to get some freedom of his own back. It was hard for him to cater his time to others, but he was doing a fine job multitasking at the moment.

Keiran shrugged slightly, "I guess so. There are so many other soquili though. They're all so... weird..." Shrugging again, Keiran wasn't sure what he thought about the outside world. Everything was still new to him, so he couldn't exactly say what he thought definitely. "Cross-breeds. I remember hearing another soquili talking about half-kalonas. That's just means they're impure and not worth our time." Already, Keiran was showing himself to be a true kalona at heart.
"It is scary. Who knows what havoc they might wreak on this world. It'll be all the more interesting for us though." Looking up at him, Heartless nodded. Nodding was her way of smiling since she could never pull herself to genuinely smile. It was too much of a jump for her and too much out of character. "I don't even notice Keiran sometimes and forget that he's with me. He's such a good little foal."

Ariston now moved himself behind Keiran, and he nuzzled him on the head. "I am not suprised, Keiran carries himself very well. He reminds me of me, very much." He looked down at his son after gleaming at Heartless, and felt compelled to compliment him so. He was a bit suprised at his Kalona comment, but wasn't worried about it either. Keiran seemed to have his own thoughts on Pride and decisions based on such, and this made Ariston very happy at the thought.
Loveless was a bit irratated at the attention her father was giving to Keiran, but she shrugged it off suddenly and looked up at her mother. Her mother was still a mystery to her, not talking as much as her father did, and keeping to herself quite a lot. What could she possible say to her? Could she ever make her proud, like she did with her father? She turned her body and faced her mother respectively, and coiled her tail around childishly. "Hello mum." She said with glowy eyes. She didn't know how else to approach her, so she just decided to act innocent.

Surprised by the gesture of affection, Keiran looked up at his father once again. He wished that he was there when Loveless and Ariston had run into the skinwalker. He wanted to be proud of his father too, but he guessed that he didn't have to see things like that to make him proud. "Thank you father." That was all he could say, he wasn't even really used to talking especially after being around Heartless for long periods of time.
Heartless was still thinking about these two foals. She couldn't get off the fact that she had helped bring them into existence. She had never imagined that she would do anything of the sort. But here they were, what was she supposed to say to them? "Hello Loveless. You have been enjoying your time with your father? Have you found anything that you're interested in?" Gazing down at the little foal she couldn't help but think, wow, she looks a lot like me.

Ariston chuckled, only because he knew that he and his son had not spent a ton of time together. "Come on, lets walk this way for a bit, shall we?" He led his son a few meters away from Heartless and Loveless, only because it would be nice to separate to connect on their own levels.
"So tell me Keiran, how had everything been with your mother?" He worried about his son dearly, especially because Heartless was so quiet and confused with her emotions. But, from the looks of things, everything seemed to be going well! "Do you have any questions for your ol' dad?" He gave him a goofy grin, and rested his bodily comfortably against a tree. It was nice to finally have Keiran to himself.
Loveless turned her head to see her father walking off with her brother. From her mother's comments, she quickly turned back to face her again. "Well of course!" She giggled, and looked at her mother again attentively. "Interested in?" Now, that was a complicated question. "I enjoy hunting, or learning how to hunt." It may have sounded strange, but Loveless enjoyed the thrill of a good hunt, or even a good capture. "Is that weird?" She grinned at her mother.
