I saw a book like that... it was a book for jokes to send on the phone, I think it was called gr8 jks or some-thing... It was shaped like a mobile phone!!!

Umm...how many of you guys have read these books...and by that, I mean, read what's inside them? o.o A bit early to jump the gun...but, then again, arguing on the idiot makes people look stupid.

Galadedrid Damodred I suggest the following remedy:  They should do that with the African American urban books as well. Never seen such crappy writing in my ENTIRE life. Burn baby! twisted

Unfortunately, I have that book. One of my cousins gave it to me and said it was really good. I struggled reading the first couple of pages, and what I had read sucked.

It's not a bad book. I mean, yeah, there is some "Txt tlk" in there, but it's not overwhelming, like: "OMG 1 day i wnt 2 the str nd thr wuz ths rly ht gi thr nd i askd hm out nd he sd no nd i wnt hm nd cryd."
It's more like, well, I haven't read it in a while, but there isn't actually that much txt tlk in there. Well, if I was to re-write the former, horrible, txt tlk in the format that this book is written in, it would be like this:
"Omg, one day I went to the store, and there was this really hot guy there and I asked him out and he said no and I went home and cried."
Sometimes there is puncutation, or a couple uncapitalized words, I forget if there are any misspellings or not... run-on sentences, probably. But it has a decent storyline, I guess.
