"She can't be any worse than those things you hear about in stories that are cursed." His shoulders shrugged slightly which caused his feathers to ruffle. "Unless she's those .... those whatever the ones are that are nasty." They had a name but it escaped him for the moment and he figured it wasn't that important to know what they were called anyway.
"Maybe i am suppose to be whatever you guys are but i still don't get it." It was easier just being the same as everyone else but a little different. It had never caused him problems, aside from a few stares, so it seemed to work out just fine. Saphira's problem must have been that she was so convinced she was different that she ended up being so. Yea that made sense.

"Skinwalker?" Was Saphira's first answer, "and she is a Kalona." She said, while nodding. "I have only observed one skinwalker once, I didn't dare approach it. And I have had many run-ins with Kalonas, them thinking I am one, or others thinking I am one." Man, how confusing. Saphira wasn't angry all the time, and she certainly didn't like unnessary violence. "Both are very interesting breeds." She said, while smiling.
"Its not like one is supposed to be anything you know, you are what you are, and that's that." She giggled, only because so many Soquili she had met seemed to dwell in the same mindset. "If you are content in your skin, then there shouldn't be any problems for you. I am even confused, as to why you are confused White one." Hmm, was he really trying to discover something about himself?

"Yea those things." He'd never met either and he wasn't sure he wanted to. Both were on the lists of things that you wanted to stay away from if you liked your hide in one piece.
"You don't seem like you're content in your skin." He grinned at her. "I'm not confused. I'm me, Nall, and that's it." She was the one talking about dragons and such. Sounded like she was just confused as to what she was not him.

She raised a brow, and smacked her tail on the ground angerly. "Listen young one," She tried to hold her composure but was getting sick of his cocky ramblings. "I don't even know why I am still standing here. I came over here trying to be kind, and you have done nothing but make me sound like an idiot." She really didn't want to snap at him, but she was so sick of being disrespected.
"I am very content in my skin, so content that even YOU don't understand who and what you are. Even if you are nothing, then fine, so be it. But you are sitting here asking questions about yourself that you can't even answer, and I'm not here to answer them for you." She sighed, and looked at him sadly. "If you are Nall, then so be it, great, woopee." She rolled her eyes, feeling childish herself.

He snickered as she started to get uppity about things. "For me to make you sound like an idiot you must be saying idiotic things. Isn't that how it works? I mean if you were sounding intelligent i couldn't' make you sound stupid" Or maybe he was just being a smartass and was about to get himself into trouble. That wouldn't be anything new at least.
"Understanding who i am isn't that important to me anymore. It was when i was little but it's easier just to not worry about it. If i'm something special i don't want to know. I don't want to have to live up to something. It just seems like you're trying to tell me i'm something when you're not even sure yourself"

"It doesn't matter how you put it, the way you are responding to what I am saying is making me feel like an idiot. Its not what I am saying, which you are so focused on, it is how you are reacting to me. I just don't think I deserve such a rude way of resonding." She tilted her nose in the air, pouting to herself. What the heck was this? She didn't need this, she most certainly didn't deserve it, either.
"Live up to something?" Man, what a weird was of thinking about it. "Well Isn't that Lazy." She snickered, since usually she would never openly say what rude things were going on in her mind. But, since she and this stallion seemed so open about opinions, she felt it was fine to let her attitude out. "And, jeez, why do you keep doubting my certainty? Its getting rather annoying, you know." Maybe it would be best to just see how the converstaion would go on.. but until then, Saphira was uncomfortable in what to do towards him.

"I wasn't trying to be rude. It's just .... well that's what i thought and so i said it." He'd always figured it was better to say what you think rather than lying to people. If you hid things it always came back to bite you in the haunches eventually. It was easier to get things out in the open from the start.
"I doubt cause i don't believe you're anything different from what i am." Though that could be turned around and he could be just what she is and not know it. Either way his possibility was just as probable.

She didn't respond to his first sentence, for it was obvious that he was that type. She agreed on the part that saying what one thought was always important, but she still thought he wasn't getting the main idea, which was her discomfort. But, maybe dropping it would help their conversation?
"Ok." She said, and cracked her neck to the side. There was nothing to argue anymore, and nothing else for her to say. She was completely exhausted from him already, that she just stared at him before responding. "You don't have to believe anything, its probably better if you just act as if you have never met me." She turned her body away and pondered for a second before flying off. She glanced at him one more time, confused on what to say. "Well, maybe I should leave you in your thoughs? Or, to just bathe yourself?" She chuckled to herself, only because that was one of the things she interupted him from.

"Why would i pretend like i hadn't met you? That'd be stupid." If someone asked he wasn't going to deny meeting her. She'd been nice, a little weird, but mostly nice. It wasn't like she'd tried to take his head off or anything.
Shaking himself out, feathers fluffing for a moment, he nodded. "Bath sounds like a good idea. Then i can do some more exploring and see what i run into." Hopefully it wouldn't be anymore confusing conversations. "Maybe we'll se each other again?"
He wouldn't mind talking to her again as long as she didn't start up on the dragon stuff next time.

She raised her eyebrow and sighed, but watched him as he spoke about running into others. Though, she was suprised that he wanted to see her again, so she shook her expression off to respond. "Sure, I am sure you will see me flying around sometime." Nall had wings himself, and Saphira figured they would meet up at some point. Their conversation at least didn't end badly, but it was hard talking to him about anything to do with Dragons.
"Well, enjoy your bath." And with that she trotted away, only to be off in the sky moments later.
