It does! Infact if he keeps up working on all of his langs like this I think they could become something special and well known. Very few conlangs are like that.

DIALECTS Tästärsja de la Maarje: This dialect is spoken in the Tästärsja de la Maarje Republic an island of the western coast off Cataluéa and is equally Catalan and Finnish Influenced. Not that it matters, but you know that post that you label'd "dipthongs"? Not all those are diphthongs. Diphthongs are I believe, a pair of vowels. What you have there I'd say are mostly ligatures.
