Flower listened, or pretended to anyway. She nodded as each suggestion was given. "T-Thing is...U-Usdias a-are a bit s-stockier than S-Soquilis a-as a rule." She added. "A-And I had a bath yesterday t-thank you k-kindly." She told her, nostrils flaring slightly but her tone was even.
"T-Tragic eh?" She asked looking at the still moist ground. "Hmmm...g-good point." She said going deep into thought. She pawed the ground as she mulled over something in her mind. She noticed that a bit of muddy water filled the small divot she had created with her hoof. If only she could get the water onto Tiffany, especially her face and mane! Oh that'd be a sight.

"A rule? Darling, there are no rules in beauty, other then, you know, obvious stuff. If you want to be thin then go ahead and be, I don't see why you need to be fat to feel accepted" she said, rather baffled by the Usdia's statement.
"Yes, very tragic. I mean, I GUESS black and white is an OK color combination, but you could have gotten something so much better. And you remind me of one of those disgusting creatures that spray that unsanitary liquid taht smells terrible when it is angry. Horrible, horrible. Some are just born luck and beautiful, though" she said, tossing her curls a bit

"Obvious s-s-stuff? Nothing's obvious." She told her. "L-Let me guess t-t-though...y-you'd like someone to f-follow you a-a-around and learn f-form your g-g-greatness?" She asked sarcastically, although if one weren't paying attention it would seem as if she were merely putting emphasis on the word.
She laughed slightly at this. "Teach m-me o-oh great one." She added as she tried to think of some way to get the mare back for her comments. "A-And so long a-as I-I'm not a skunk...w-which is clearly t-the case, m-my markings a-are a n-non-issue.

Tiffany's face broke into a smile. "Well, you are SORT of getting it! I am not sure if I would like someone to follow me around like a pathetic child, but you certainly look and act like one. So SURE. I give you permission to follow me around and learn from my greatness!" said Tiffany, straightening up and whipping her tail back and forth. The mare had failed to catch the sercasm in Flower's tone.
"And you arn't a skunk, duh. But you look like one, which is a problum. I havn't the faintest idea of where you are coming from. I mean, looks are EVERYTHING darling. Personality is a plus. Some of us have the whole package. Like me. Others lack in both departments, like you. But life can't be fair, I supose"

Flower nodded. She'd play along for now. She really had no use for anyone who couldn't understand sarcasm. But at least she could b***h and the mare wouldn't get it. Her ego would just swell, and the larger the ego the more amusing it was when it burst.
"T-Then maybe you c-c-could teach me t-to be a true l-l-lady." She said, her eyes brightening. Oh this mare was irksome, but pride comes before a fall, and to Flower Tiffany's fall was long overdue. Hopefully she'd get a good laugh out of it at any rate.

"I am just SO nice, wasting my time on you!" said Tiffany, beaming down at the creature. "Ok, first you need to hold your head up high and straight. It might be uncomfortable at first but you wil get used to it. When you walk bring your hooves up as high as you can, and always know exactly where you are going so you don't trip" said the bossy mare.
Tiffany enjoyed nothing more then yelling to others about how inferior they were. In fact, it was a bit of a hobby for her. And there was the plus that when she did it, she was accually doing a favor to society, brining more beauty into the world! At least, that is what she thought.
"And I guess we are going to HAVE TO go and clean up in the pond. Clearly you are not presentable, even with the proper form. One's coat, mane, and tail should be in top condition at ALL times. No exeptions" she snapped, a bit embaressed to be seen with such a creature.

Flower nodded and pretended to make mental notes each time the mare told her something. She would humour the mare for the moment and take a long bath in the pond. The cold water would make her feel better and cool off her anger towards the prima donna. The mare obediently trotted into the water, holding her head aloft and walking in the ridiculous manner she had been told to. Once Flower was up to her chin, she took a deep breath and dipped under the water before resurfacing and shaking her mane out.
Frankly, a dust bath would have been better to her, it always kept the mites out after all. She was tempted to tell Tiffany that the more clean you were, the easier it was for fleas and other such nuisances to get around; that they prefer fur like that. The mare wasn't too sure if that was a mole or a tick lodged on the blonde's face. She assumed it was the previous however, much to her own dismay.
"And I'm washing up properly aren't I, oh Mistress?" She asked, managing not to roll her eyes. "There isn't enough time in the day for you to help me and I really appreciate it, I know this must be a chore." She added in a sing song voice that was laced with sarcasm. She finally thought she had an idea worth toying with!

Tiffany flicked her hair a bit, completely engrossed in self-righteousness. What other mare would spend all afternoon on such a charitable thing? What other mare would care this much about the unfortunate? None, that was the answer. Only Tiffany was kind enough to take on such a thing. The underlings should be VERY grateful.
She watch the little thing dunk, and made a face. Did the mares around here know ANYTHING? Did their mothers teach them nothing? Tiffany didn't even have a mother, and even SHE could figure such things out! What she had to deal with...well, it was good she had the kindest heart in the world.
"No no NO! Are you STUPID? What is WRONG with you!" she screamed "You need to SCRUB!! Otherwise you are just making the dirt on you muddy. How STUPID is that" she said, shaking her head. "Can you figure ANYTHING out on your own, or must I spell every little detail out for you?" she asked. Some mares were really quite ignorant!

The tiny mare snorted the water out of her nose, forcing herself to look calm. "I meant, am I supposed to get my mane wet as well?" She asked, playing along. "I know I have to scrub. I may be a bit obtuse as to the fine points of beauty but I most certainly do know how to bathe." She said coolly.
To prove her point she took another breath and began to scrub herself clean, starting with her head, neck, and whithers. After a few moments she resurfaced and tossed her head to get her forelock out of her face. She then proceeded to clean every hair and every bit of fur, just to shut the self-righteous mare up.
Once she had finished and there wasn't a speck of dirt on her she walked over to the edge of the pond and dipped her muzzle under the water to pull up a cattail. After all of the tip-toeing around she was quite hungry. She tossed it onto the bank after rinsing it off and, just to be nice, repeated the process with another. She then walked out of the pond and looked to the mare. "Do I need to sun dry completely or may I shake some of the water out?" She asked, acting like she cared, and it was getting rather difficult to do so.

She smiled, oh, this freak certainly obeyed well, didn't she? In fact, if whats-her-face did any better, Tiffany may be tempted to ask her to be a personal assistant! She seemed to grasp the hygiene thing fairly well, despite her lack of banners and sense before.
"Good, good. Excellent. See now, isn't that MUCH better? You're starting to look MILDLY acceptable already. I guess. Anyway, yes good job." she said happily. "And get your mate VERY well. You've been curses with a ratty straight dull mane, so I suppose there isn't much hope to make it nice, but at least respect it" she said sadly.
The mare accepted the cattail, and ate it carefully. "Excellent choice in food as well. Light, and not fattening at all. I think you should eat...oh, eight of these a day, since obviously you need a diet" Tiffany said with a grin "And you must air dry, otherwise your fur will clump and look disgusting. Now, go go. Stand in the sun and try"

Flower headed out into the sun. If truth be told the water was a bit cold so she'd fancy warming up. The mare mulled over the fact that this Tiffany probably thought she was helping her. If she wasn't so rude about it she might not be too bad, aside from her vanity. So, possibly she could be tolerated.
But then she called her heavy again.
Flower rounded on her, eyes burning with intensity. "Look, I'm not heavy! We're just built to be more sturdy than a Soquili!" She snapped, ears laying back. "But thanks for the concern, I appreciate the gesture." She said with a forced cheery expression. That's right. Set her straight and kill her with kindness, unless of course she got any worse. The stripped female seemed to have all the patience in the world.

Tiffany gave the little freak a look of disappointment, and shook her head. "More sturdy, you say?" she said, looking at the chubby pony "Now, come on. Pu-lease. I've heard every excuse in the book. 'I don't have the time'...'I'm Pregnant'....'I'm built more sturdy'...if you aren't going to make the attempt, why am I wasting my time with you?" she said, giving a long, dramatic sigh.
"I suppose you just don't have the potential I thought you had?" she asked, turning away. Then again, this little creature really wasn't much to look at. Perhaps one day she would find another freaky little stallion and settle down, but certainly if she ever expected to be ANYONE in society, she would have to learn to listen to her superiors.

Flower rolled her eyes when the mare had her back turned. "So that's it then?" She said as more of a statement than a question. "Sorry for wasting your time." She added dryly before turning her back on the Soquili and beginning to walk away.
This certainly was quite the experience. 'Of course pregnant mares are going to be round...stupid bint. I think those flowers are leeching off what little brain you have.' She thought, her ears slightly back in agitation. Btu the fact that the prissy mare shooed her away was more of a blessing really. Her narcissism was starting to irk the pony quite badly.

Tiffany roller her eyes openly. "I suppose so. One can only give out so much kindness in one day, and then one may begin to see that she is wasting her time" she said, shaking her head sadly. What a pathetic creature, couldn't even listen to directions properly.
"Are you leaving, then?" she said, her tone not exactly kind. "Fine, I guess the exercise will do you some good, hmm?" she called out. It seemed as if all her encounters ended this way. She was just trying to be a good person, trying to help. And what do they do? Walk off like some immature brat unable to take some polite constructive criticism.
"Your loss" she said aloud, not really caring if the pony heard her or not.

Flower's ears flattened to her skull and a snarl set onto her face, her eyes burned with intensity. She wasn't going to be walked on like this! She had had quite enough and damnit she had every right to loose her temper. Or that was how she saw it. The mare turned on the larger female and glared at her. "Will you STOP making those idiotic fat remarks before you force me to do something that neither of us will fancy?" She growled.
"I've had enough with your narcissistic load of crap!" She added. fuming, nares flared. "Would it kill you to say something nice to someone else hmmmm?" She demanded. "And before you open your perfect ickle mouth. Like begets like. You're being rude as hell, so what do you expect in return?" She asked coldly. Oh she was out for blood now! Maybe she could pop the mare's ego, or at least deflate her a little. Fat chance, but she felt she had to try. She turned and attempted to kick a dirt clod, grass and all onto the mare before turning around again. "There! No so damn high and mighty now eh?" She asked with bite.
