This must be given a little more thought. And in the naruto cartoon the leader of the sand village is the Kazekage, then it came to be in possession of the son of the Kazekage; Gaara, which is shown in one of the later episodes which have not be shown yet. On top of everything this idea will have to be give a great deal of thought, or so that nothing gets screwed up. Oh and there's other guilds in Gaia that already have many villages, like your idea.

I like the idea of multiple villages, we could have a forum for each, allowing each individual person choose their own village, we could even have village competitions, exams, and all the other cool stuff.

Yes, it sounds like a good idea but it still will have to be given lots of thought and if we where to have this happen it will take some more thought on how it where to happen. Do you know what I mean?

Yeah, we got ya. Thats why we are here discussing it. We just have to take it one step at a time, we can't let our minds wonder too much. If we do we wont get any where. That is why I wanted to know who's in favor of starting one village at first, just to have a prototype going so we'll be ready for the future villages and so we can pull in the members. After we agree or disagee, we can then start talking about what goes into the village. So, WHOS IN FAVOR? question

Before we do something about a village we must deal with the problem of more that half of the members not posting in anything and when they did it was because the had just been accepted to the guild and they where saying hi or something but then they just stop and others are just in the guild but do not post anything. So I hope you understand where I'm going with this, the point is not to get more members, the point is to get and have members that will actully want to participate in this guild.

Not be mean or anything, but I think "Giodude" aka DeathSquad just made his argument null & void...you just said that the point is "NOT to get more members", but then you go on to say that "the point is to GET and have members..."
So basicly you're saying that the point is not the point?

I don't think we should quite yet fiddle with the guild just to experiment with the ideas.
Think on them a little more with detail. 'Cause if we experiment it and go along as things happen and we don't like the outcomes, then we would have just wasted time and gold.
Give some examples that you are planning on putting into the villages more and then we can decide if we want to experiment. :]

Hmmmm, ok. I like that. I guess I was being to ambitious, sorry. Ok, first the member problem as Giodude1 said. So what should we do? Should we kick out the ones that aren't active in the guild or send them mail to bring them back?

I have to give more thought on that.
I want to send them PMs but then at the same time, I'd rather just kick them out. If they weren't here from the start, then why should keep them, you know?

What about sending PMs to those people saying that if they are not going to participate, that we have the right to kick them out because there's no reason should be in here if there's not going to participate.

Umm, I don't think we need to warn them or tell them. In my opinion, I think they could care less if they weren't even participating in the first place.
