Did I misjudge you? but if you are a good freestyle BATTLER, wouldnt that make you an even better keystyler. it should be cake if you are good at that it goes hand in hand and it should be even easier since you write songs. i read your s**t battle for battle, to see where your weak points are and i think you could do much better, especially seeing that you use alot of poetry techniques. it just seems thrown together to me. that's why i critique you so hard, i see potential. you got a style, you just need more content, it's just my opinion though. now where is phoenix fist, it's time for another ******** fest

When I freestyle, everything is random unless I decide to speak on a specific subject. But it's all going so fast, I don't have time to reconsider. So beginning to keystyle is a whole new thing for me. On top of that, if I DO say something in keystyle that I'd say in freestyle, that makes it even more difficult for the readers because I often purposely slur things and play on other sounds verbally. Can't do that in keystyle for reasons I'm sure you've already spotted in this thread. So there's a big a** difference for me, you know? XD So now I'm trying to find a way to have a freestyle Stryker, and a keystyle Stryker. Two different styles so things make more sense depending on what I'm doing at the time. Keystyle battling, of course.
When I'm battling in person, I have way more things to use to make them personal, which is what I specialize in when battling. But online? I'm at a disadvantage. It's hard for me to use personals because I don't really know anybody. Look at my last battle with Mak, and my last(and only) battle with Killer Loc. I was able to use personals based on forum actions and pictures. But other than keystyles, I can't think of anything to use on people like Teezy, Shenco, and basically everyone else. If I just make something up, it'll be used against me like one of the voters did when I went against Mak on a separate occasion. I remember saying something about Mak being celebate, and someone said, "He actually does have a girlfriend" or something along the lines of that, and used that against me. So I'm just trying to figure out my approach to online battles. It's different from anything I've ever did, so I've got quite the job ahead of me.

Lol. I'm working on it. As far as doing things online, I'm used to just writing songs. But I think I'm gradually getting better in online battles as time goes on. I look at some of my earlier stuff when I first started, and wondering why I even bothered saying certain things. Once I find a middle ground somewhere, I'll be alright though.
