My old one: some Yamaha student model, silver plated
My current one: Trevor J. James Virtuoso II Solid Sterling silver with open holes out of line G, split E mechanism, B-foot plus the gizmo It's actually kinda heavy for a flute but I LOVE IT SOOO MUCH.

My current flute is a Allegro by Yamaha. It's silver plated with a gold lip plate. It's opened holed and has the gizmo and roller keys. There's about a half inch scratch (not really noticable) from when I banged it against a stand last year. I also happend to know the serial number by heart but that I shall not tell. It's name is also Misa. She cost a good $1800 so I try to take really good care of her. I'm OCD when it comes to polishing it. 3nodding

My flute is silver with closed holes. It has a couple of leaks but it works. The brand is a Grand. But I'm going to get a silver black flute with gold key plating. awsome. I've had mine for 5 years now

One is a Gemeinhart SP2 I believe? student model, silver plated. Closed keys, and one screw near the top of the body keeps popping out, causing keys to leak. The Eb I believe, because that note never comes out. It's basically a piece of crap, but I still love it, unlike my friend Stephanie, who I bought it from.
The other is an off brand, in fact, I'm not sure if it's a brand at all. Monique? It's nickel plated, and closed hole.
I really want that 50 series Gemeinhart that I started on. Gold lip plate, closed hole. It was amazing, I loved it. But it was a renter flute, and my parents couldn't afford for me to keep it. >_<

6 or 7-year-old silver-plated nickel Armstrong, closed hole, no Bb foot, extremely basic but in very good condition since I try to take very good care of it. Bought slightly used for $300 six years ago. It's the only flute I have and I can't afford to buy another one--besides, I love it. It's name is Wollstonecraft. No one hurts my baby and lives.

Mine...was made by Blessing. And its worth 600$. Or at least that's what it says under the case lining. I dont think it has that extra B flat foot...and its scratched up. Not my fault! And....I dunno.

Mine's a custom-made nickel-plated flute, nothing special about it, really. It's only worth $250. But it plays extremely well for its type. I do have an old Silver Artley as my backup, however. It's had its better days.

Let's see....My flute's and Artley, made in Elkhart, Indiana. Silver lip plate. My mother's step-mom used it when she was in high school and college. Still in its original case. It's been mine since the middle of sixth grade, so about...two years, almost. That's all I could tell you.

Mine's nickel plated and is a Steuben (no one's heard of that brand before from where I'm at, have you guys?) made in Germany I think. I got him for 200 dollars on eBay and I've had him for about 7 years now. He loves playing in the pep band and when he's not busy rocking out, he plays really well on slow, lyric pieces.
He's your basic no Bb foot, nickel lip plate, closed hole flute and I love him to pieces. Oh, and his name is Anselm (middle name's Amadeus like Mozart!) 3nodding
