Hasani shook his head i don't fly mutch.." well he didnt anymore, he once had but that had been a long time ago in a past he could barely remember these days.Hecould hear the softmurmers behind him and he shook his mane once mroe letting his ears flick back twoards the herdthey were traveling away from.
He ducked under a low hanging branchthen used one wing to raise it up for Nyx. He foud them a nice little spot in the grove of trees and stood quietly like a statue of fine blue marble with a few rays of moonlight dancing on his lovely coat.
His eyes stared out like twinblood red stars blazing fromthe empty void of his skull. Whatever emmotions he was feeling he wouldn't devulge for his eyes stayed pretty much emmotionless at all times.

Nyx followed the other Aeri under the tree in silence, her eyes trained on his. What could he be thinking about? Not a trace of it showed on the outside. Still, the stillness in itself indicated something that probably wasn't overly happy.
The splotched Nequus gave Hasani's shoulder a gentle nudge. "You alright?" she asked softly. "You look a million miles away." Was it still because of her? Was he regretting giving her this chance? ...No. No she trusted that his decision held. Maybe she would find out what he was thinking of in a moment, there again maybe not. It was too soon for her to press him if he didn't want to tell. Things would have to be much better mended between them before the blue-eyed mare felt she had the right to ask the long-maned Nequus things he didn't want to tell.

Hasanis ears twitched towards her voice for a moment but still he stared into space. “The past…” those words seemed to slam against his skull like battering rams. He could hardly remember foal hood ad he didn’t know why.
“I don’t remember much f life…who taught me how to fly … why I stopped flying, he paused for a long minute my mind seems o have blocked those memories out and I don’t know why.”
Hasani shook his mane and pawed at the earth, had something so terrible happened that his mind had locked the memories away? Or had he fallen as a younger stallion causing amnesia, who really knew these things.

Well that was odd. Not remembering... She couldn't help but feel sorry for thr dark stallion beside her. She loved her memories, especially of the parents that had taught her to run and fly. Not having them would be a great loss.
Nyx nuzzled the strong neck beside her and smiled slightly. "Maybe they'll come back." Would that be a good thing or a bad thing? The splotched Aeri didn't know very much of how the mind worked but she had heard that sometimes it would shut away bad memories. "And even if they don't, or if they do and they're bad," the tall mare went on, "you'll be able to make new ones now. Good ones I hope." Maybe one day he and she would be teaching others to fly. She certainly hoped so and far more for the sake of having children than of having heirs. If it came to it she could just name a successor but to have foals... Well, in time perhaps.

“I don’t know if it would be good or bad,” the stallion shook his long mane and let out a deep rumbling sigh. Stamping a hind hoof he looked over at her slightly watching the way the moon danced off her spotted coat.
For a moment he was lost again in his own mind then he shook his head realizing he was staring, yes Hasani had decided to take her back but his heart still hurt from the fact hat shed left him and he vowed not to sink so quickly back into love.
He looked away once more and stared into the distance letting the wind ripple his mane sending it sliding like a dark cal midnight sea over his neck.

Nyx gave a deep chuckle as the silky hair rippled and whiffled at it. Oh certainly she'd seen others with equally beautiful manes but... Well; he was Hasani and that made the moonlight strands all the more stunning to her. She was sure this was more than just a silly filly's infatuation; she'd liked the look of stallions before but this was different. She couldn't put a hoof on how but she knew it was and that was enough for her.
The spotted Aeri yawned and sighed, lifting her head to inspect the skies. Well past the darkness' midpoint. If she wanted to be up and about at a decent hour tomorrow afternoon, sleep would have to come soon.
"Sorry," she said to her companion with a rueful smile. "I've been awake for quite a while now; I need to sleep. You don't have to hang about if you're still wakeful and you'd rather graze or go for a run." His company would of course be appreciated but if the red-eyed Aeri wasn't ready for sleep she wasn't going to force him to remain just to watch her doze.

Hasani nodded slightly, “your free to sleep if you’d like.” That didn’t mean he was leaving though, he had a duty to protect her, even as safe as her lands seemed he knew there was always something out there that could harm an unaware nequus.
He stood there silently his every sense alert to the presence of another but at the same time he let his eyes drift down and watch her sleep.
She was peaceful when she slept; unlike him though he could never remember his dreams somehow he knew they were always nightmares.
