He followed the sound of the voices, hoping someone would be able to point him towards the cafe, or at least his room.
Finally he found the the tree they were under, though he only saw Deon, as Elea blended in with the trees.
At first he thought he saw a dog, but he realized it was human shaped, just fuzzy.
"...what the hell?" His brain seemed to try and shut down.

Okay, the guy said he came in peace but still should she trust--or even have faith he wouldn’t harm her? The people Moreau brought to the island, how many of them were right in the head? All though she was thanking Moreau--something she would never admit out loud--of allowing her body to slightly blend in with the tree. ‘Maybe I am turning into a plant, a flower or something.’ She thought, trying to stay calm.
There were others around them…and one had to come closer. ‘Just stay calm, I am human…human...no need to fear anything. You weren’t this afraid when Eve decided to take you on a ‘on job assignment’ for her crack pot lobby group.’ Willing herself to at least stay put did the girl try to push away one a leafy vine. Her skin was wet from the rain--and now from Deon’s little shake.
It felt odd to touch something…well soft and somewhat fleshy but it was rather sensitive--as though if she were to bend that particular part of her hair would it snap in two, which would hurt a lot. Was that a side effect of the serum? Becoming a plant that was very, very sensitive to basically everything and anything? Elea didn’t want to think of it, pretty soon she would start thinking the rest of her life would be lived in a bubble.
Clearing out her throat--a nervous habit she began forming--did she parted her lips to speak a little. “I-I’m Elea…”She paused for a moment, forcing herself to act normally with her speech patterns. “And please next time don’t do that. I’m all ready wet enough as it is.” Her voice was calm with an underlying tone of sarcasm, not as much as before when she was fully human. But at least she had stopped stuttering like an idiot who was afraid of the dark.

"Join the club," Colette said with a frown on her face and then walked a few feet away before shaking out her fur again. She pushed herself up onto her feet and then yawned. "..I am Colette," she said as she brushed some hair out of her face and huffed. Colette found that she no longer needed her glasses after this last change and was still getting used to not having them on her face. She felt a bit odd without them.

The rustling racket that Cecil was making was getting louder, and closer. He was walking slowly, trying to find his feet on the solid ground, only to get it stuck in a bush half the time.
That's when he heard voices, he thought of calling out with the artificial larynx, but thought better of it, the dark was scary enough without a robot voice calling out to you. He just kept moving on.

"A pleasure." Deon said giving both females a nod and a smile "Id offer you a handshake, but I dont want to break you...and you seem to have trouble standing on two legs, so I oooooooOOOOooowe you it in another life I suppose...or if theres a cure for this damn thing...then after that, the handshake...and I also apologize for the...well you know, the howling...Im still getting used to myself..." He said, scratching the back of his head and leting out a nervous chuckle that sounded strangelly human.
It was odd really...what he was becoming. But what deon found even more strange was how everyone seemed to be afraid of him now, when just months before he was afriad of any creature not a human...
Oh how times change.

The girl gave a small nod to Charlotte, her mouth forming a small thin line. She wouldn’t want to shake hands with anyone--not because of fear or anything but simply because she didn’t enjoy human contact that much. Growing up with two older competitive older siblings and one younger brother who hogged all the attention, a simple hug was given…maybe twice a month when she was growing up? Either way, it wasn’t as though shaking hands was something they could do, a ‘hello’ would suffice.
“Yeah.” She replied trying to keep her stoic composure. Elea wasn’t that social nor was she much of a talker. Maybe that’s why she was becoming a plant...or maybe a animal that was a antisocial too. It would make tons of sense, then again Moreau wasn’t one to have all of his marbles in one jar.

Colette frowned. ".. I do not have problems standing on two legs," she snapped, very upset that he would say that about her. "Just because I am more changed then you does not mean that I am not the same as you." Colette huffed and then began to walk back out into the ocean.

Ryan sat stunned for a minute. These...things were just sitting there talking, like it was completely normal. He was fairly sure he wasn't dreaming or anything. He finally saw Elea. What the hell? She was even weirder than the other two.
"You people are just wearing costumes, right?" He fought to keep the panic out of his voice.

Snap, crackle, pop!
Cecil came into view, well, more, fell into view. The kid tried climbing a tree, branch broke, and down comes Cecil. The thick branch broke most of his fall at least, so he wasn't hurt too much.
He looked ordinary, a knit scarf around his neck along with a t-shirt and a pair of kahkis. His curly, dirty blonde hair and thick black "Emo" glasses lopsided on his regular human nose.
He looked up at the group that was talking. They all seemed to have been on this godforsaken island a lot longer than he has. There was more fur around than a coat factory in this little group.
Cecil hesitated before waving a greeting, still a little unnerved by the whole turning into an animal thing.

Graaaaaannnnnnddd... deon thought to hismelf as he saw the otter run away, as well as the two newere arrivals come upon them. He decided to adress the confused man first and smiled at him "No." He promptlly replyed, wondering if he trully belived him "If you dont belive me feel free To give me a pat on the head, that should prove real enough..."
Then without turning he waved to the one who fell from the tree, wondering why he was being so quiet. "We really need to find a place to get out of this rain..." He mutterd, the dreayness already sinking in again.

Emerald orbs just stared at the girl otter walk away, she felt no need to call out or hell even move form her spot. But, the voice in her mind--maybe animal instincts--were telling her the rain water was good for her. That it felt nice to have it fall on her skin to make her feel…more at home? For the time being she would ignore that little voice, she had came this far to keep some form of sanity…
And it all was shot down hearing someone fall out of a tree. Elea yet out a small yelp while her body maneuvered behind Deon. After realizing what she did, embarrassment set in. Her cheeks became a little…greener but due to lack of light, maybe no one would tell. “I fricking hate this.” She muttered, trying to think of the positive…she at least didn’t touch Deon--God forbid if she made any sort of human contact…or animal contact.
At the question of being in costume she scoffed but it did take a while for such a bomb shell to sink in…it would only be a matter of time before that kid changed too.

"I wish this was a dam costume!" Colette said over her shoulder and then began to swim in the surf. 'Ahhh... Here we go' she thought as she continued to swim through the water. This was quite relaxing for her as she could feel the currents trying to tug her along. Colette surfaced and then sighed as she felt mellow now.

Ryan literally jumped in the air when the guy fell out of the tree. "What the hell!?
He was shaking like crazy, partly from the cold, partly from adrenalin. Okay, so they weren't attacking him, what ever they were. He slowly stepped forward and reach towards the dog guy. He hesitated for a minute, before putting his hand on the things head. It felt real and warm; he snatched his hand back.
"What are you?"

Cecil dusted himself off and got up. There was another person too, from the looks of it, he was ordinary, and confused and panicked. Oh man, he could relate, it was only-
Oh....
Crap. He doesn't know, does he?
The mute went over to the man, he put a firm hand on the newcomer's shoulder, and turned him around from the group. The kid thought that maybe this person would take the whole transforming thing better if he got the news from someone who was still human. It's just one believed people who seemed to be on the same boat as you.
He took out a pocket notebook and a pen from his pockets, the clouds were parting from the moon, shedding some light on the situation. Cecil put a finger up, asking for a moment while he scribbled down a few words. After a minute, he gave it to the guy. The ink glistened under the moonlight.
Hiya. You don't look like you got the news.

Deon stared blanklly at the man, wondering how obvious he had to be. Slowlly he shook his head and then said "Woof." In a less then happy tone, he dident barkm but rather he actully said the word. "And your not getting a better hint..." He added, "I mean, its pretty obvious as to what we are and whats going on to us...and no, this isent some disnyland talking animal extravaganza...this is more intune with...well, lets just say its more intune to something breaking about 50 internatinol laws..."
