ji-an MAn does it feel awsome! There was this one time that my friends brought thier playstation to my economics class in high school. There was only one game that was working and that was a fighting game. Guess what, they all doubted, most of my male friends, that I would beat Mr. Videogame himself, my friend Alex. I beat all of them. Heh heh heh. Very nice, I like your spunk. You're a worthy gamer.

Why thank you , in fact i very much hate it that most poeple have liitel faith in the capabilities in a girl just because she his female. It's good to show most of my friends that gaming is not a male thing and that giels can be just as good a gamer. Maybe even better. *wink* wink*

I haven't yet quite beaten my b/f yet at games but the other day we played Blades of Steal(for Nintendo ORIGINAL), and I don't think he realiazed that I could put up a good fight like that.

Well, I rarely play against boys, but whenever my friends and I get togather, we play mario Cart and Super Smash Brothers. It feels good to finally win, since one of my friends wins almost constantly... stressed

I don't know if I answered my own question, ( I think I did ) but at my school, boys like to brag about how good they are and how they can kick butt, that is until they say that to me twisted I really enjoy those moments, so satisfing.

Since I'm not a girl I'm going to answer this a little differently.
In my neighborhood, I am sorrounded by mediocre gamers, at best. I don't consider myself that great, but I've only lost at games I completely suck at, anything I'm remotely good at, I can take on my friends 3 to 1.
Nightfire, Soul Calibur, DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 2, even Halo (I don't own an XBox.)
Therefore, when I win it is a feeling of satisfaction, so if I win, I gain nothing. However, if I lose to my friends I become irate because it's through dumb luck or a glitch.
Just the other day in DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 2, we were doing a tournament on Novice so that we can fight each other.
As I knocked an opponent off the ring and attempted to knock him down, he jumped back to avoid my attack, my character moved down a little bit and touched the side of the arena (still legal) and it counted as a ring out. They couldn't stop laughing, so I did Cell Games on Master with no items, they all died in the first match without landing a hit and I beat Cell in the Finals.
Anyway, I wish there were someone I knew (preferably a girl) who could beat me in a game I'm good at.

It is addicting I'll give you that... winning a Soul Calibur 2 tournament was orgasmic... only 2 girls joined. She got 3rd. I got 1st. Twas sweet... My female cousins and I often pwned the local cafes playing Counter Strike, Warcraft 3 Dota and various LAN ish games... pwning them in arcades is nice too.. but yeah.. it is a sweet feeling to knock testosterone in it's true place.

I suck at videogames, so I get extremely excited when I can kick any but in videogames. It makes me happy to see that i'm better than someone. I dont ever play any videogames with guys though, I always feel even better though when I beat a guy at videogames.

How does it feel to beat a guy? It feels like sweet victory. Especially when I beat my brother's monkey a** on a fighting game. xd Its the only thing we're even on. I suck at FPS and he sucks at RTS.

My level of satisfaction depends on how good my opponnent is. if they suck I just taunt & tease them in good nature. If their tough I get a great deal of satisfaction. But their gender doesn't affect how I feel from beating them.
EDIT: Except with my bf. I always get a kick out of whooping his arse.

Well, all the guys I play video games with totally pwn me, and they let me know it too xD But it's cool, because when we play RPG games, I'm usually the brains of the operation, so that's sweetasticular.

I never ran into the whole female gamer bias in my whole life, and I've been playing as long as I can remember. So it's the same feeling beating anybody in a game, regardless of gender. I'm a very competitive person, so I admit, it DOES become a big deal any time I win!

It's hard to say, I mean my guy friends play different games than I do and play a lot longer so it's pretty cool to beat them. Especially when they introduce me to a new video game and put me on a sucky team and I almost get more kills than one of my friends who is the best out of all of them. Oh, that and the fact that I lead my team to victory ^^ Then again being as competitive as I am I have to rub it in since none of them think they can lose to a girl.

Depends on how much a gamer the guy is. When a guy underestimates me I enjoy it a lot. If that guy is supposed to be the best gamer around I enjoy it a lot. If its a newbie gamer doesnt really matter, I just like to win. But mostly a win is a win to me, becuase I dont rub my wins in others faces, well maybe a little with my guy friends. ^_^
