Autumn lifted her head and looked over towards him. "I venture here and there, day and night. I guess the beach and forrest would be my favorite stops. She smiled as she looked down to examine the green baby plants herself. Blinking her crystal blue/ brown eyes she smiled. "It's weird how something starts so small and will grow into something magnificant." That was probley the first time Autumn had ever blurted out thoughts outloud and around someone, a stallion at that. Some how she didn't care he had about as much interest as she did.

"Really? Beach? I've never been there before" He said, remembering being told about the beach. Suddenly, he wanted to go. "Lets go now!" he declared, unsure exactly where it was.
"Yea...it really is amazing" he said with a grin, watching the little plants sway with the wind.

The mare gazed around for the river momentarily untill spotting it in the distance. "River flows to the delta which should open to the beach." She stated happily her father had taught her that.
"Mmhmm." She replied nodding her head before trotting towards the river. "Come on, I'll show you." She called out behind her as she trotted along the raging river.

"So all water ends up in the ocean, eh? Pretty cool" he said, nodding. He had always wondered where rivers ended up. Of course, he knew that it would be a stupid question to ask.
He followed after her, wondering if the beach was as pretty as everyone said it was. From what he gathered, it was a bunch of sand and water, both of which he had seen plenty of. It seems like putting them together and calling it pretty was a bit weird. Oh well. He would see.

The smell of sea water filled the air as the approached the delta. Hoping over a few small rivers she turned and stopped to wait for him. Swishing her tail, back and forth. "Can you smell it?" She replied as she took a small breathe. "Better yet, can you hear it?" She smirked playfully and then became quiet.
In the distance you could here water crashing and seahulls chirping. Slowly taking off agian she disapeered around the corner that led to the beach.

His nostrils were filled with a small... it smelled good, but kind of tickled his nose. He knew this smell, it wasn't uncommon. But so...so strong, he had never smelt it so strong before. It was like it was all around him, but it wasn't unplesent.
His ears perked forward as he heard the crashing ocean. It was a bit like how the water in the rivers ran, but it was even more like thunder, it rumbled for a few secounds, before cracking. How interesting.
"So we are close?" he said, picking up his pace to go after her. He followed across the rivers, and came up behind her.

The mare heard sandy clops of hooves behind her and knew he was following before she spun around quickly to face him. "Close? If you were any closer, you might be drowning." She replied with a light giggle.
At there feet was the end of the wave that had waded out and were now reaturning to the sea. The mare listed her head high and looked around. Small shels laid along the beachs edge and cliffs stood to there right, while the waves crashed on their left. Somehow it never stopped amazing the mare when she came here.
She slowly trotted more into the water untill she was hawk high. Happily she reared and sent a wave in Kiefers direction, laughing.

"Wow..." said Kiefer, eyes widening. The water seemed to strech out forever. The waves crashed against the ground before pulling back into the ocean. He took a step forward, his hoove sunk into the sand, it was hard to get footing and move as quickly and as lightly as he was acostom too. It was amazing.
He ran as well as he could into the ocea after Autumn. He water was a bit cold, but he didn't mind. He splashed out further and further, until he was nearly up to his neck. He felt his entire body being pushed and pulled with the current, but mostly pulled out.
He was large and strong enough to easily cove closer to shore, but he was grateful he hadn't visite this place as a colt: he surely would have done the same thing, but he would probubly have been pulled out to sea.
"This is so...cool" he said, getting a mouthful of water as a wave crashed nearby. It tasted as salty as the air had.

She watched him clop out to where she never dared go, deeper than she could handle.
The dare devil.
She watched him carefully and was happy he was able to gain his feet and walk back to her 'safe area' In a great effort Autumn jumped up and cam splashing back down into the water, sending tiny droplets everywhere, and an ocasional small wave of water. Nothing made her happier than to be with someone else, and by the water. Beside for an occasional soquili, who's name will not be mentioned.
"What do you think?" She questioned flicking water around from her tail.

"It's fantastic!" Kiefer raved, enjoying the feeling of his body moving with the waves, first pulled forward as a wave built up to crash, and then pulled back as the wave proceeded back in. "Hey, no splashing!" he said, as a few dropplets she caused sprayed in his direction. But he laughed, it wasn't a bad thing.
"I can't belive I haven't been here before! But to be honest with you, I am a bit glad I havn't, because then I probubly would have drowned or something. As a colt, I wasn't one for listening to my parents, or having common sense. Then again, I still don't." He said with a grin, taking a few steps back, untill his back was submurged.
When the water was building up, he felt his hooves lift off the ground. He found that if he alternated them correctly, he could keep himself afloat, interesting. Kiefer had never legitimatly 'swam' before. He had waded through deepish water, but never kept himself afloat on his own. It was a weird sensation, not having the ground to support yourself, just your own legs. But he rather liked it.

She froze for a moment and lifted her head. Drowned she became very quiet and stood there momently thinking.
"Lets not drowned" she replied remembering why her babysitter never let her near the big waters. It was a beautiful day to be at the beach and she couldn't be more happy.
She could see him paddling as she too sand in place but, Autumn had a kind nature and almost couldn't bear imaging someone 'drowned' infront of her, but she bit her lip and watched.

Kiefer felt himself being pulled out, but he was enjoying himself too much to pay much attention to it. What was the worst that could happen? Oh yes, death. But certainly something like that could never happen to him. He moved forward a bit, just to prove that he could. It was a bit of a struggle, but not a problum.
"Don't worry, I have it covered" he said, realizing that saying that wasn't as reassuring as it sounded. Kiefer, in a way, wasn't much more mature then a colt. He didn't worry about much at all, only really his sisters. Other then that, he found himself doing stupid stuff like this all the time.
But, he could see the worry build in the mare's face. He didn't like upsetting others, although often it just sort of happened. "Alright, alright" he said, feeling like a colt being scolded by his mother, and joined her in shallow waters.

She sounded like some nagging mother. UGH. She couldn't stand hearing herself. Worry is something she never did. Untill it came to a friend. Hey, this stallion actually made it to friend!
She could feel his joy go out the window when he came back into shallow water so she slowly began to lose her footing of the ground and....swim. "Come on now. Doesn't drowning sound...fun?" It was very strained but, Autumn couldn't STAND it, when others become un-fun. Thats all Autumn was about. FUN!

Kiefer grinned. He knew that it was probably outside this mare's nature to worry, but he tended to do that to others. When he began to have fun, he lost his head. Of course, it was arguable weather he ever had it in his first place, and others felt they needed to worry for him.
He laughed loudly "Well you look like you are enjoying yourself" he said, seeing her eyes look a tad bit...well, not exactly panics. A step above worried, a step under panicked. "You don't have to do that" he said, keeping his hooves on the ground "If you aren't comfortable with it. You may not have noticed, but I'm not exactly the best role model" he said, grinning at her.
Kiefer felt a bit bad, but kept a smile on his face. He never intended on upsetting others. No, it just sort of happened like this, more often then he liked. The stallion had good intentions but bad judgment.

She would teach him. Oh, she would teach him. But, of course Autumn always acted without thinking of the reasult. As quickly as she waded she took a secret breath and plundged herself under water. He would have to be worried, come and get her, and then she would tisk him for knowing better. Oh s**t, after rethinking it in her head, how mad would he be when she just took a breath and was...uhm fine?
What was she going to do now. After sinking and tounching the deeper ground she kicked herself back up for a breath and fell back under. She was so dumb. Autumn...what have you done! She tisked herself and waited.
