I joined because my best friend inisited on me to get an account, except at that time I wasn't so entusiastic. Since I had gotten hacked on Neopets and gave up on that shitty website [sorry np fans] I didn't have much to do on the computer, so I made an account on Gaia and started going on it more and more. Made a few threads in the WtG and chatterbox (which was VERY different back then). Vivian, I still remember the "family". xD<3 Wow. Good times, good times. I still have one of the threads subscribed. Oh, and remember that one time when Gaia, like killed /all/ of the old posts and threads? rolleyes talk2hand or something like that..? I hated that.
Found out what donation items were two months later. I quested for the angelic headband and various items. Made friends with an especially nice person and helped her out with some stuff. She helped me out on my fairy wings quest and gave me a bunch of items to start me out on Gaia (pendant, etc). Wanting to show the same kindness she showed me, I later started the Everlasting Wishes Charity with my best friend and went from there.
Wow, I feel like I'm writing my whole Gaia story. smile
My best friend doesn't go on Gaia anymore. DD; And I don't remember my first item.

umm.... I think i heard about gaia from a friend of mine.
so one day I joined and posted like.... a jillion times a day for like... weeks.
I almost became a GD prommie, and then I ended up here. (which was much cooler)
I think the first item I every bought was a Black Castaway shirt.
It was pretty bad a**.

i think one of the first threads i actively posted in was in the chatterbox. it was like, bump this thread to 666 pages or something. it ended up being more of a chat page for me and 3 other people. but then we went our seperate ways. |D

Yeah, my first thread was the old chatter box wishing well. They were cool, but we grew apart, and drama and other bullshit took over, so I haven't spoken to them in the longest. Maybe almost two years now...
Anywho. I got introduced to Gaia from my friends on Jippii. XD

idk.
some stupid stuff happened around here.
and people said she was causing too much drama around these parts.
so she just kinda... up and left.
i talked with her for a while on PM's and stuff, but then we kinda lost touch.
which kinda sucked. She was way cool.
but yeah.
she's le gone.
