I have a question about the chart... Can you tell how long you live by looking at your chart?

Matoaka I have a question about the chart... Can you tell how long you live by looking at your chart? No idea. Astrology is good with trends not specifics. You can VAGUELY tell the manner of death by looking at 4rth and 8th houses, their rulers and any planets in those houses.

If a house is empty, how does that translate? Does an empty house represent an area of your life that is weak or neglected? Is an empty house influenced by the signs it sits in?

It almost helped, until I tried to actually understand it. I'm not sure exactly where I got confused, but I know it happened.

I'd really love to learn this. My chart looks really interesting: almost everything is a trine. At least I think. I tried to follow the guide, but got lost in the terminology. I'm really good about getting the general feel of things, but when it gets technical I usually can't grasp it. Maybe you guys can help?

I understand how a planet could be in a house, but what is the sign attached to it? And I got completely lost in the explanation of the significance of the houses, but that was probably because of the aforementioned reason. And I don't know what the different shapes (like trines and such) look like, let alone how to analyze their significance. And what is an aspect, exactly? And all this confusion is just for starters. xd

And I don't know what the different shapes (like trines and such) look like, let alone how to analyze their significance. And what is an aspect, exactly? And all this confusion is just for starters. xd First question: Have you gone into astro.com and gotten yourself a chart? Look at the chart. Do you see how it's cut up into pie wedges? Each wedge is a house. Your venus is in the sign of leo in the 2nd pie wedge. Basically signs show HOW a planet works and house shows WHERE it works. Second question: An aspect is a mathematical calculation between the planets. For example. Cancer and Scorpio are 4 signs away from each other (120 degrees). That's a trine. Trine makes things flow easy. The two planets work nicely with each other and complement well. http://www.astroprofile.com/aspects.htm Look at the bottom.
