Chath looked to Ala and thought back to Earako and how he helped her with Melee class. He wondered if he could do the same with her.
"Well...I may not be a teacher but if you need help I could always you know...help you." he offered a sincere smile on his face. "It isn't fun doing hard things alone." he added being able to agree with Ala on magic making him feel stupid as well.
Keir...was now bored. This kids all they wanted to do was sit around and talk? Ug...how boring. He wondered just how much acid it would take to melt a hole in the window....then he could reach a clawed hand in there....and
No..he knew that as soon as he made a move Chath would catch him...bah.
So..how do you learn human speak anyway? he asked Bob not really interested in the topic.

Ala grinned. "Really? That'd be cool." Maybe melee wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't a teacher beating her up. And having someone else to help go over the parts of magic and such wouldn't be too bad either.
Bob gave an equivilant of a shrug. You... just listen to how they say things. Mine hardly ever shuts up at times, so it makes it a bit easier, I guess. And there's others in the house to listen to, so you just pick up new words all of the time. The hard part is actually trying to make those sounds.

Chath nodded. "Yah I helped Earako with defense class, so i can't see why I couldn't help you." He continued with a shrug. Stretching he then found himself restless. He stood and then looked to Ala not wanting to just leave her there.
"Care for a walk? I was tired before but now I am restless."
Keir nodded his head sullenly. Yes, he feared the actually making the sounds part would be difficult. How long it take you to master the language? he asked the corner of his eye trained on Chath as the lad stood.

"Uh, sure." Ala said with a shrug. She stood and stretched a bit before looking over at the two dragons. Hopefully prying them away from the shiny wouldn't be too hard.
Bob thought for a moment. It seemed like a very long time, but I guess it didn't really take as long as I'd thought... Oh yes, a very definate answer right there.

Chath smiled and offered an arm to Ala. "Come on I know a place that has the best pastries. Would you like one?" he offered with his innocent smile about him, he really was...oblivious to certain things.
Keir hung his head and let out a sigh that swept the dirt up from the ground. I feared that was the case...fine then..by the next time I see you..I will have learned the human langauge. He proclaimed lifting his head a bit as if he was making some sort of challenge.

Ala smiled. "Sure!" Okay, so she was oblivious as well. That was good... right? She was just thinking innocent thoughts like 'Hey, a pastry sounds good.'
Bob gave a sort of shrug. Okay. But seeing how the next time that they met could be tomorrow, the brass wasn't sure how the black dragon could live up to that statement. Even he hadn't learned it that fast!

Yaaaah Ala wanted to go for desert! "great! what kind of dessert do you like the most?" he asked as they walked towards the bakery he had in mind. He hooked his arm through Ala's without thinking much about it. He was just escorting her there right?
Keir nearly choked back a laugh. Dear god his boy was a oblivious flirt.
he.h...someday that boy will get in trouble being as oblivious as he is... he muttered as he stood, stretched and then followed the pair.

Ala thought for a moment, hardly noticing Chath's arm. "Uh... I like just about all dessert..." She finally answered. It was so hard to pick just one.
Bob gave a snort. Yes. I bet that will be an amusing sight... From what he'd seen of women, they liked to smack men. A lot.
