Ame nodded and followed.
"I think that would be fun. Meeting a new tribe." She started thinking.
"Maybe if we hurry, he'll still be awake. Race?" She smiled a competative smile. Even thought they were both tired, it would be fun to get their blood pumping.

"Yeah. From what Daddy said, they seem a lot more normal than his tribe. Maybe they'll be more fun!" Sigal really hoped so. She was glad that she had Ame. Just one person, and a mate at that, was so much better than all of her earlier loneliness. But Sigal couldn't help but want to have others around her, too. A whole family that she actually knew!
"You're on!" Sigal shouted, starting to race back to the Lunarie lands, going much slower than she normally would because of how tired she was.

"You got a head start!" Ame called as she took off after Sigal. It took her a bit longer to catch up than it normally would but she did catch up. She ran side by side with Sigal enjoying the morning air as it blew past her face.

"Making excuses because I'm faster?" Sigal teased with a giggle. The run was starting to help her wake up, but even this wasn't quite enough to get rid of the exhaustion she felt.
But Sigal was glad that Ame had caught up to her. She would much rather run with her mate than race her.

"Yeah right! I'm going easy on you!" Ame giggled as she ran. Of course she wasn't at her max speed, no where near it, but she didn't want to out run Sigal. She was having much more fun running with Sigal.

"Well, I'm not running as fast as I could!" Which was true. In a way. If she wasn't so tired, Sigal could run a lot faster. But right now, this was pretty much her top speed. But she didn't care. It was much nicer running with Ame, anyway.
Soon, they were back on the Lunarie lands. Sigal hoped that Daddy was still awake. It would be really hard to get him to wake up if he had already gone to sleep.

Ame smiled at Sigal and admired her beauty. She gazed at Sigals body as they ran; the sun catching in her fur, the way her slender body moved. In doing such, Ame nearly ran head first into a tree but managed to dodge at the last second. Thats when she realized they were back on the Lunarie tribe lands. She hoped M--Ari was still awake.

Once they were on the tribe lands, it seemed to take only moments before they were at the caves where the tribe slept.
"Daddy?" Sigal called out into the darkness of the cave, hoping Daddy was still awake. She fidgeted nervously, feeling almost as nervous as when she had brought Ame to meet Daddy for the first time. She was nervous, but this was still something she had to do!

"Maybe he already went to sleep?" Ame couldn't imagion how anyone could sleep during the day. She moved closer to the cave to see if she could hear movements inside.

"He might have..." Sigal said, a bit worried, curling her tail around her nervously. She wanted to say this now, while she still had the nerve to do it. If she waited, she thought it would be a long time before she could say this again.
And then, after what seemed an eternity, footsteps came from the cave, and Ari stepped blinking into the bright morning light. He looked down at Sigal and Ame, and waited for one of them to explain why they were waking him up at this hour. Sigal didn't look hurt or otherwise injured, so hopefully it wasn't some emergency.
"Daddy..." She could do this. She could do this. She had to do this. She couldn't live with Daddy's tribe any longer!
"Daddy, I'm all grown up now, so...so I think it's time for me to leave the tribe." Sigal held perfectly still, as she glanced up at her father.
Ari had known this time would come, for forever, it seemed. And still, actually coming to this moment...It hurt, to know that he would be loosing his daughter in a way. That he would see her less often still, now that she was moving out.
"You're right. And I'm not going to keep you here," (although Ari's voice made it so obvious that was exactly what he wanted to do) "but I hope you have some plan for what you'll be doing on your own?"

Ame heard the footsteps inside the cave and walked back to Sigals side. As Sigal hesitated, Ame gave her an incouraging smile and wrapped her tail around Sigals.
"Sigal and I are going to join the Lazuli tribe." Ame said smiling at Ari, hopping that he approved.

"Lazuli? I'm glad, then." Ari smiled a bit sheepishly. "Although I guess I'm a bit prejudiced, since one of my best friends is in that tribe." But Toki seemed to really love the Lazuli Tribe, and he hoped his daughter and her mate would think the same.
"That's right! We can go see Toki there! Daddy says he and her were best friends when they were both little!" Sigal couldn't wait to go meet Toki, because Daddy's friend seemed like she'd be a really fun person to be around.
Ari smiled fondly at his daughter's enthusiasm. It was worth it, to be up so late, to see her so happy.
But still, he needed his sleep. He wouldn't do his tribe much good if he was sleep deprived.
"But now if you younglings will excuse me, it's time for me to get back to sleep."
"Okay. Night, Daddy."

"Great! I can't wait to meet her!" Ame was excited about meeting the Lazuli tribe. She was even more happy about the fact that Ari was giving his approval on Sigal moving out.
"Good night Ari." Ame said as she pranced around Sigal.
