"I'll have ye know I was the most adorable foal ever." Biscuit announced proudly and gave a flick of his mane. He knew his parents and his auntie would be the first to agree on this - after all, they had positively doted on him and spoilt him rotten while he was growing up. While his parents gave him the best berries, his aunt gave him the best day trips and the stories his Uncle told him - weeeeell, let's just say they gave him a lot to think about!
"Though 'big' would be an understatement." He cleared his throat again and promptly motioned towards the mountainside, in particular a rather large rocky out cropping that sat approximately half way up. "They live between that ridge and the bordering forest." He explained and blew his forelock out of his eyes once more.
"Me aunt's side of the family reside in the highest regions of the mountain while my father's side prefer the mountains. Me mother's side are more inclined towards the plains." He shook his head as he mentally began to count up the soquili that were part of his 'family' - the numbers were scary.
"Yes, big would certainly be an understatement." He concluded and flicked his gaze towards Aish again, "And yeself Lady Aish?"

'I'm sure you were,' Aishwarya said in a soothing tone. 'I dont think I stated you were any other way did I?' she chuckled, smiling a little at his attempts to remove a forelock from his own eyes. 'That sounds nice actually. I myself do like my solitude on occasion, and can happily spend time on my own, but I do wonder what it would be like to have a family like that.' She shook her head a little, the waves of her mane dancing about as she did so; 'No family that I know of, or can remember. I suppose I must have had both mother and father but I dont have images or memories of either one.'

"Well..." How was he supposed to reply to that? For one who had been overwhelmed by the company of his family members he found it rather difficult to ever been without them. Honestly, there wasn't a time he ever regretted while being near them and he had so many memories - granted, they were all completely ridiculous but still, he couldn't imagine what it would be like not to have them.
"Seems a tad lonely." He mused, more to himself than anything as he tried to put himself in her place. It was proving nigh on impossible and to save himself a headache it wasn't long before he stopped. He wasn't a fan of glum topics and as a result, he soon opted to place a bright smile on his lips once again.
...However, what he had been about to say became lost at the back of his mind as he watched the light reflect off her rather lustrous mane. Truly, the manner in which she had it bound and draped was eye catching, but when she moved.
"Hooo boy." He murmured under his breath, clearing his throat as he diverted his gaze for a few moments as though in thought.
"Well if ye ever wanted to find out I'm fairly sure me family would embrace ye for the day, I reckon ye wouldn't last more than an hour though as we're all a tad mental." He always found that discussing his rather dysfunctional family proved to be the best way to direct the conversation to more amusing topics. After all, at least one of them always did something that reminded another soquili of someone they knew.
