Lady Stray Why do all the TV shows I like end up being canceled after a short period? I second that one!! Also, why do the creators of good shows always cave in to network pressure and ruin their vision?? (Crusade, Veronica Mars) Or lose their funding before they finish?? (Pretender!!!!!, Farscape, Invasion)

Why do people write on bathroom stall walls?
(My library put up chalkboards in few, I assume to prevent this).
Why do people put gum underneath chairs, desks and tables?

Why does my schedule always get changed on days that I have an appointment or plans after work? Why do kids always choose the wrong moment to talk during a performance? Daelon Knight Why do coworkers always show up right when you're trying to take a nap on the job? So true. Or your employer shows up.

Why is it that you can get in trouble for doing too much?? If you wanna do extra cleaning or clock in early, why the hell not?
And why is it that I can not call in sick, be on time, work hard, be a generally pleasant person to be around and I still get treated like crap? I get the same treatment as people who hardly ever show up or don't do their jobs. I hate that.

Come on, Star Trek.. a worldwide icon,,,,,not enough viewers??? what has it been, now, 30-40 years...5 separate series, countless novels and comic books, annual conventions, state of the art technology based off of the show,,more stuff than I could possibly ever list,,,, and they don't have enough viewers to justify a continuation????? The Simpson's just had their 400th episode and in their 17th season. Doh!

Jonathan Archer of Enterprise, remember how he saved planet Earth from complete and total annihilation from the Xindi???? Saved the planet, mind you, and he was still getting Crap from his superiors!! SAVED the PLANET!!!!and still, no respect. Goes to show you just can never win.................
