Well sure Hugh Laurie is a good father, but that doesn't mean House would be.
I agree with what the actor says the character would be, since they have played it, but Hugh being good doesn't mean House would(though I think he would make a good dad)

Jesse_Sparrow_278: I do support House/Cuddy, but their relationship is questionable to me. I mean, he didn't take her hug seriously, she mentioned that they weren't going to be together again and all that.

But Lisa did say that if she were going to have Houses baby that Cuddy would want a relationship rather then a doner. So its possible either way.

But I still think she's going to have a black baby with Foreman one of these days xDD

I think that the writers could make this into a great plot twist where Cuddy gets pregnant without a sperm donor and we can throw in some Wilson/Cuddy drama 'cause you know that House has good jokes about that rofl But the REAL drama will come when House is suspected as the father. The writers wouldn't allow it to happen but I think he'd be a good dad.

The reason why I think that the writers wouldn't allow it to happen is because they have no spine. Think about the weird plot twists like Foreman suddenly being able to differintiate between his left and right actions with no explination and the Tritter buisness just stopping with no vendetta or anything. I can't think of anything else right now but you get it xd

Hum...I think he'd make a good father. It just depends on who would put up with him testing them. >_o That's just my opinion, though.

All in all, I think it'd be kinda cute to see him as a daddy. biggrin

As to House as a dad, I reckon he would have some good moments, but only when he's alone with the kid. However, I reckon he wouldn't actually be that good afterall House did say about his own dad's qualities such as always telling the truth are sucky qualities in a dad and with his drug addiction and unpredictable job it would be wrong to say he would always be there or that he would be very reliable and would probably teach the kid some rather depressing stuff. He'd love the kid, but wouldn't show it so much kinda like when wilson said he needed a friend to talk to and House says he picked the wrong person to be his friend.

Hm, maybe in season 2 he didn't have anything against guys likeing Mozart being the father of Cuddy's child. Maybe he was just jealous he wasn't chosen!
