Very unique idea Silverah! And something such as a grandfather clock isn't easy to make into a child or a living thing, but you did fantastic!
As for his appearance, I think the clothing fits well with the whole concept of a grandfather clock. Maybe one of those checkered vests with the stripes going through the squares and dull in color, something you might find on an elderly man. The little numbers around his face to distinguish the grandfather clock is father amusing and adorable. I'm still not quite sure about the hands, however, because they might take away from the rest of his face. Then again, it would complete the clock.
As for his personality, I LOVE it! A stubborn and selfish little boy, "like an old piece of machinery that's been in use a just little too long" thats perfect.
For his abilities, the things relating to time might confuse me and other while role playing. Either that or just take some time to get used to. Not quite sure how to comment on this part xD.
One of the most enjoyable things I read was the fact that he can easily catch fire when around flames due to his wooden being, very true.
I'm not really good with critiquing, but I tried my best xD. Very nice concept.
