I thought you were getting a Sha, instead of Camine for Orlando. Did you decide on Camine instead?

Yes. We were in the ordering process,a dn he told me that Sha felt wrong, and he wanteed to re-consider. So we did, adn he went with Camine instead.

he actually said more or less that the elf ducan fullset was him exactly how he should be, but since it wasn't an option and ducan is really just tender camine, he went with his original choice. homme ducan just didn't cut it for some reason. *shrug* it's all good this way though.

your mom was a little confused! ..except she doesn't know we've ordered yet, so maybe not. xD err, yeah. now i'm just spazzing until i get my "hey, your dolls are done and we're sending them" notice xD fun fun!

Well I hope you're able to find the cord. It'd suck to have to buy a new one. xp Also I love how the Wizard World pics weren't important enough for a replacement cord, but the dolls are. rofl Seriously that's awesome.

..well there was the doll i did illustrating the gist of wwTx 06, so you don't really need to see the actual pics, right? xD but there's also pics from two other cons and thanksgiving with poppa at the unity church on my camera currently xD
and of course the dolls merit a cord! they're just that friggin awesome! xD it's gonna be hell waiting for them.. does the howevermonth wait countdown start when your order hits "payment confirmed"? i'm just not sure how everyone else judges the time elapsed..

I count from the date that I put the order in, unless it takes a few days for payment to be confirmed. If it takes a couple days I count from the day payment is confirmed. I hope your wait is less than my CustomHouse wait was for Isaac and Trevor. We ordered them at the same time cause we swapped their heads, so I could have a Uranus, and Rissa, could have a Petite Mars. The total days from placing the order and payment (Jan 7th), to receiving the boys(Mar 23rd) was 75 days, or 10 weeks and 5 days. I hope you don't have to wait that long for your dolls. 3nodding

oy. payment was confirmed monday. so i was counting from there, i just wasn't sure if i was counting correctly xD good to know. and again, i'm mentally budgeting 2 to 3 months for their arrival, and hoping for it to go far faster.. xD if i overbudget the time, i'm less likely to freak and be all "rar! where are my baaaaaabies??" xD

Yeah, that makes sense. I didn't really think about my CustomHouse wait, because I was distracted with other things, like sewing, and planning meetups, and my new friends, that I met at meetups, etc. It wasn't till it had been about two months that I was like, wait a minute.. It's been like 8 weeks. o_o And then I e-mailed them and they were like, "We'll send them out soon!" and didn't. But, I think they just got overwhelmed with all the new orders since they made it possible to buy some of the dolls in parts.

yeah, i know what you mean. it'll be odd for me mostly because, working whre i do has skewed my sense of time. we work so hard i have trouble remembering what day it is.. and time is a matter of weeks in that we're not like "hey, it's the week of april 6th" (we go by tuesdays), but "hey, it's supergirl 16 already! -i didn't realize it had been a month yet!" xD like i thought it was wednesday all day today, but it's not. it's totally thursday, because tomorrow's money day xD
