Either (1) she and Clark would have had a nice little church wedding, taken over the family farm and brought little Clark Junior into the world or (2) most likely, the pair of them would have found something new to angst and pine about.
What if Clark had joined the J-League?

Clark would still be dancing with Chloe, probably finish that kiss that got interrupted. Lana would still be crying and driving at the same time which would sure to end terribly even with out the funnels of destruction. Lex wouldn't have to hesitate and Lionel wouldn't be blind.
What if Dawn was stuck in Lana forever?! rofl

Things would be extremely boring, at least from a drama kinda sense. I mean Kal-el didn't care for relationships so that could be good, but then again, I wouldn't find smallville as appealing with the "i have a mission to complete" type of thing.
What if Nicodemus Lana, Red K Clark, and Black K Lex were stuck in a room together? rofl
