2.intermediate - ive been teaching myself for over a year and i've been learning at school since january.
3.Gaia messages, msn, yahoo messenger and email, i'll probably reply to e-mails quicker.
4. i'll be on at differnt times so emails a probably better. i live in the uk so thats gmt+0

Level: Intermediate. I've been through all of Japanese for Busy People and Mangajin's Japanese textbook, and was a translator for a fansub and scanlation group. My kanji is admittedly not what it should be, though.
Contact: Gaia would be best.
Hours Online: Not really predictable, but I do check Gaia every day unless I can't get to a computer, which isn't very often.

I think a good start would be:
1. My Name is Stephen, contrary to my avatar's gender.
2. I'm beginniner now but if I can pass my exam in two days (And that's a HUGE maybe) I'll be going into intermediate.
3. Hmm...anything but messengers...not home enough to use em.

2. Beginner and intermediate, I guess? I'm pretty good with the second level of politeness, but I can't do much in other levels yet. Like, 'desu' and 'masu' and such sentences. Oh - I still haven't figured out how to write in Japanese on the computer, but I can see the characters now. I know kana and am starting kanji.
3. MSN IM or AIM. My MSN is jj2minckler@msn.com, and my AIM is ShredsOfLife.
4. 1pm to 8pm? Not too sure... But I get online, everyday, for quite awhile. Not only do I have a nonexistent life, I like to multi-task, so I'll be avablie to contact a lot.

I took beginning Japanese last summer, and I want to practice and consolidate what I learned so I can take intermediate next summer. And, y'know, just to learn more. 3nodding

2. Beginner, I would take a Japanese class if one was offered, but nooooooo, my school only has Spanish. I've been trying to teach myself (not working too well).
3. Gaia PMs would be the best. I almost never get on aim or yahoo
4.I'm on at random times, I'm usually on at 2-3 PM PST on week-days, random times on the weekends.

2. As of now I'm a beginner. (Self taught)
3. AIM (RulerOfWaffles00) would be the best for when we're both on. But I don't have any problems with Gaia messages and E-Mail (Bezerkerz@Comcast.net) otherwise. (I have a Yahoo as well, and would gladly use it if it's more convenient for you) Please message me on Gaia first if you are interested in conversing with me. smile
4. I'm normally on anywhere around 1:00pm-7:30pm PST on weekdays and sporadically all day on the weekends.
