Sorry to intrude,
I'm 15 and I am a little overweight for my age.. (okay not a little, ALOT) but I would like to receive some tips too? I have a bad neck problem and back. Also when i lay down to go to sleep, my left hip or into my back hurts so bad i can barelly turn over. I have no idea what's causing it. I know I have had pop my back and neck alot for the past 2 years.
If you could please message me with your tips I would really appreciate that since this isan't my thread.
and I know I should exercise, so I've been trying to get out more often.
as for a little advice for your back, cushioning really does help XD
