Kaleb blushed a bit. "There's nothing wrong with my pants," he muttered, following more willingly now that he didn't have decisions to hesitate over. He felt a little less nervous too, it had taken him a bit of time to remember he enjoyed spending time with Reno when he wasn't taking advantage of him.

"There's plenty wrong with yer pants." He snickered as he pulled out his keys. "You'll understand when we get ya some new ones." Kaleb's pants came up way to far on his waist. It was so much easier to get ones that didn't even come up to your tail in the first place.

Kaleb frowned as he wandered over to the passenger side of Reno's car, and waited for Reno to unlock the doors. "My pants are fine. They are comfortable, and they weren't expensive." Cost shouldn't still be an issue for him, but changing his thought patterns hadn't really been necessary.

"Ya keep thinking that. Plus ya gotta stop with all that cant afford crap. I mean unless yer paying rent on a place like Rufus's then what are ya worrying about a few hundred bucks on a pair of pants?" Not that he spent that much on jeans but that was because his would get covered in gods knows what and ripped in less than a week

"A-a few hundred?" Kaleb asked incredulously. He had never spent more than a hundred dollars on any single article of clothing, not even his old winter coat. Well, maybe he had last time Reno took him out shopping, but that clothing certainly hadn't cost quite that much.

"Yea it's been known to happen. Not that i'd bet i'd ever see ya spend that much on a pear of jeans." Maybe Kaleb would on a new suit or something but he was too much of a low spender to do something like that. He slid into his car and unlocked the door for Kaleb.

Kaleb shook his head, he certainly didn't want to spend that much on a single pair of pants. He pulled open the car door and slipped inside, tucking his wings up close and then shifting around to get comfortable once he was seated. He found he didn't like how seatbelts seemed to rub against his feathers if everything wasn't settled right.

He snickered as he headed out of the garage and down toward his favorite part of town to shop in. He could find Kaleb some stuff that looked good on him and that hopefully would get a reaction out of Riley.

Kaleb looked out the window as Reno drove, occasionally shifting his wings. He was kind of afraid he would leave feathers inside the car, it would be pretty embarrassing, and he didn't think Reno would appreciate it any. He would have to doublecheck and get rid of any feathers after their shopping trip.

Finding somewhere to park his car he turned it off and slid out. "So ... shirts first or pants?" He wanted to get to the pants eventually just so he had an excuse to look at the Mages a**

Kaleb followed suit and joined Reno outside the car. "I-I don't know, what do you want to do?" He didn't have a preference, so if Reno did, it made more sense to do what he wanted. As he waited for the redhead's response, he fluffed his wings a bit to settle the feathers after the short car ride.

"How about we get shirts first." He nodded and rounded his car to lead Kaleb toward one of the better stores. He knew the guy personally and if he asked it'd be easy to get them tailored to work with wings.

Kaleb nodded and followed along. He was curious, and a little nervous, about how selecting clothing would work, because he didn't know exactly what his shirt size was and he couldn't try on anything until he had a place to put his wings.

Slinking down the street he tried to keep his grin from turning into a leer. "So .... ya ever think about slicing slits in yer shirts and just useing that magic if yers ta slid yer wings though it?"

Kaleb glanced up at Reno, looking slightly confused. "I-I don't need to use magic, I have a friend who was able to fix most of my shirts for me. He did a really good job, I don't notice the change much anymore."
