He smirked.

"I'm bound to my word, fighter. I will leave those of your pride safe."

He chuckled. But that doesn't garuntee the other lions around here or the innocent preys..... should have thought of that before you made your choice. A cheap trick, but there was still that loop hole. This one patroling around to ensure that his family was safe, noble at least. This one confused him but yet he still seemed fit to fight but his priorities, at least to Kinari, were.... well, just didn't seem to be in the right order. Family.... that could put him at jeopardy if he cared too greatly for them. If he is to work anywhere near Kinari for whatever reason, he'll have to make an even harder choice than he just did.

Kinari slowly got up and headed out to the direction the local lion had pointed out. He did not give any other word but just the gesture of thanks, a swish of his tail. Na-be was still around here, assuming that this male had not left the area that this male had pointed out. Strange, how did Inari know about Mrost and Na-be? Na-be must have been known in and around the pride, Mrost, what connection did that male have to Mrost? Then it struck him. How was he gonna tell War that he was looking for him if he didn't even catch his name!? ********! A growl passed his maw. Damn it.... credit must be given where credit is due. He'll find a way to tell Mrost about this male. But what interested him more was the other comment about the feather..... pfft, what would he do with a feather other than chewing on it. They weren't tasty but they were amusing to play with when one gets utterly bored. No, not just bored, but bored with absolutely nothing else to do. Maybe he would just snatch Na-be's necklace and take the rest of those damned feathers....

"So the hunt.... begins."
