I'm not sure what mine are called. I just complain sometimes about what I wish were part of the interface and next time I log on it's there! (my husband sneaks onto my computer and installs add-ons he knows I would like to have)
I use one that has maps for every instance with a list of the lewts you can get from each boss and I have one that makes it so that I can mail lots of things at once.

Drax Orin I use Cartographer, it has coords for when I get those off of thottbot, and also marks ore, herbs, and treasure on the map for easy tracking, as well as allowing me to make notes and marks on the map for my personal reasons. Cartographer is nice... it's helped me quest a lot. I go online and find the cords for the quests I need and just make notes on my map. Definitely makes it easier and faster- especially for those quests where the giver is at some random spot in the middle of no where and you don't remember where they are, lol.

As my 70 priest I use Benecast and absolutely adore it. I didn't hvae it for about a week about getting BC and I truly felt the loss.
Another must-have for me is Titanbar. A bar that can go on the top or bottom of your screen, shows bag space, durability, gold, latency and a whole whack of other stuff. I love it.
Other then that, just a few things here and there that help me out. I have an item index, because I like having it. Makes me feel special.
I have gatherer. Got it mainly for my b/f but I use it on my hunter. It's really useful, shows where you've picked things such as herbs mines or treasure chests. Also it will share your gather points with other people in your guild if they have the mod as well. You'll get a gather from shadowmoon when you're all the way up in netherstorm!!

Kukushka I'm not sure what mine are called. I just complain sometimes about what I wish were part of the interface and next time I log on it's there! I need to get that atlas one, with the loot and maps. That would be so handy. More for the loot, then anything else... haha. Know which instance offers to accept!

For leveling? Titan panel, measures xp and gold per hour, and gives you coords, all in 1 mod.
Oh, and dont get atlas. ever. biggest time waster you will ever see. It slows everything down, cuz you will waste time looking at gear you might never get.

I've only got the basic instance atlas and an addon for coordinates at the moment. I tried getting a couple more from cursegaming, but one of them completely screwed up my whole UI. I had to reset the whole thing, so now I'm very hesitant to get any more. That "Bongos" addon looks interesting, though. o:

For questing, coordinates are good to have. I personally use Titan panel. For organizing action bars, I use Bartender. KLH Threat Meter, for threat, duh. SWstats for dps and healing meters. ORA2 for guild raids, can see everyone's durabilty etc. Lastly, class specific mod. I use necrosis for my warlock and serenity for my priest. Has dot and cooldown timers and saves a lot of button space.
