Grissom is the geek. he's the one who figures out a lot of things by himself.
Horatio is the shooter. he's the one who does all the interogations and gunfires.
Mac is the guy who does a little of everything.
But Grissom owns.

I don't watch New York. I think i'll buy the dvd's soon actually : ]
I'm not a big fan of Miami too, but I love Horatio >.<
So I would choose Grissom and Catherine, because they're on Vegas so...And 'cause they're cool! : ]

I think Grissom's the best.
Horatio is too much of a "drama-queen", I really don't like him...
And Mac...well, Mac's just cool! But Grissom's still the best!

Mariposa85 Who's your favorite CSI main character? Personally, Grissom owns all. But I like Horatio because he is more passionate to the victim, and Mac is just...well Gary Sinise is a damn good actor. But is it just me, or does it seem that CSI Miami would fail without the supporting cast (ie Calleigh, Alexx, Wolfe, Delco, etc)...I think the other CSI's could make it without such a strong supporting cast, but I think Miami would fail miserably. Catherine, Stella or Calleigh? Catherine is awesome, she's got personality and tonnes of life experience. Stella's got the NY thing going on, total attitude. But I think Calleigh takes it. She's got that sweet southern thing going on, but she's a tough investigator and doesn't play around. Those are my takes. BTW I'm new to this guild, thanks for taking me smile Lol I have a friend who is freaked right out by Horatio. He can't get over the fact that the guys eye's look black! Drives him flipping mad!!

Horatio/Calleigh first, of course. Then Grissom/Cath, and then Mac/Stella.
Nothing personal to NY, it's just that every time they say "Lt. Taylor", I flip out laughing. (I'm still trying to figure out if Mac's father was named Daniel. xd )
And I like Horatio for a few reasons. First, he doesn't take bullshit. Second, he doesn't hesitate to use his firearm if necessary, since he's a real cop, and third, the gun he uses is quite possibly my favorite gun, ever.
