Here's a rant for you.
Instant gratification. This what I hate the most. People who know there are going to be long-term effects and just purposely go head-in. They just dive into their own destruction, and they know it's not gonna do themselves any good in the long run. Like head banging into a lead wall. It's like "Why would you run into something you seem coming?"
"Oh, it looked cool at first, but I know in the end it's gonna hurt"
Like that episode of Fairly Odd parents when Timmy wished for all meals to be desert. They all got fat because they didn't eat any vegetables, just cake, cookies... whatever was for desert. Yeah, it gave everyone a sugar rush for the first day, but then they all got fat. I mean, come on. ARROGANCE IS NOW A VIRTUE IN TODAY'S SOCIETY.

Master Protoman_exe linds_xXo its annoying how all guys seem like they want a certain type of girl it isn't fair. and boys guys turn out to be jerks. ha, and all i can do is be nice to everybody, and im proud of that. but what gets me mad is what my friends do. i'm always left out and although i do have a lot of friends it just seems like i get enough attention. not that im a selfish person, im not. and when ur friends talk about you behind your back well, that just is horrible. like my friend just did recently to me. but u can't really help that. itsjust how lifei s i gues.. pheww, that felt good. mrgreen Yeah, I know. Males are stupid. I feel dumb and shallow just for being male. I just hate it because we all say we want stuff when we want something else. We never really pay attention to why we want it, and in the end we just end up bull rushing our heads into solid lead walls. not all men are dumb and shallow. Alot of guys aren't but feel that they have to be to fit in, and so end up making themselves dumb and shallow.

sorry for a double post but here's another rant sweatdrop
Why is it girls have to be girly? why do we all have to like pink, and little cute bunnies and wear make up and care so much about the way we look? why?! Why is it I struggle to buy clothes anywhere because every shop I go in sells clothes for women that are always pink or purple or some pale pastel colour, and that have flowers on or have frilly or lacy sleeves or skirts that really short and slutty...why is it if I'm a girl I have to want to show my body off to every male around?! Why do I have to like pink and flowers?! Why can't I like baggy pants and and darker colours, or at least bold colours like bright red or something...why can't I NOT care about the way I look all the time...why can't I go around without wearing make up and have messy hair and have people say "oh you look nice today"...instead of thinking I'm ugly just cause I don't plaster my face in make up and giggle all the time. Why is it when I start talking to guys about action films and games like Devil May cry and Resident Evil, that they're all shocked..because I like them so much...why do I "have" to like chick flicks and not understand computer games...goddamn!

Yeah, but for most people, the background they come from, their age, gender, etc all have an adverse affect on whether or not they want things now or later (instant or deferred gratitfication).

Sociology is nothing more than a little bit of logic with alot of fingers pointing at everyone except the one who's at fault. I hate it when kids get caught doing something stupid, then they say "We saw it in a video game" Then the parents go "Oh my god! The video games! down with video games!" And they never stop to think that maybe, just maybe, Their children are just retarded and deserve more beatings. Not to quote russel peters, but it's so true that so many white kids in america get away with everything because it's against the law to hit a child, it's ridiculous. I say those dumb gangsters and spoiled children deserve severe beatings...Well maybe now is useless, since one needs to punish action immedeatly after the wrong was commited, but yeah, it'd help get my anger out stressed
