Mika flicked an ear as he listened to her question. Did he dare tell her that she was looking for a little brat that was the child of his niece? He shook his head slightly, voting against telling her that. He didn't want her to know that he wanted to hurt the poor kit. He sighed softly before opening his maw to tell her his answer. "I was just roaming around. It was a nice day and I didn't want to miss out on it by staying indoors all day long. Besides, my half-brother's new friend was busy wandering around, making mischief and I didn't want to have anything to do with that tiny angelic kit, so I wandered outside. And you?" He canted his head slightly as he slid his other foreleg over the femme's back.

She laid there still content with him being so close and relaxed the tension in her body she didn't know was there. She really had no reason to be out and about other than to be alone, but she was normally alone all the time so that wasn't too hard. "I don't really have a reason. I'm just out. I would say to be alone but normally I am always alone so that is not a very good reason. Other than that I guess you could say because it is nice out is the reason why I am out." he said and gave a slight shrug. That was the best reason she could come up with and it was the truth.

Mika nodded his head slightly. It was true that the day was rather nice. Too nice to be a good day, he thought to himself. Sighing, he pinned his ears back against his skull and neck. "It is a nice day out. I was rather surprised to see no clouds in the sky nor it being too cold. It seems like Spring is finally on its way here. Then it will be Summer and everything will be too hot to simply roam around outside." He sighed slightly. Summer was the time of the year he hated the most. It was usually too hot to do anything so he usually stayed indoors, which was boring.

She nodded noting that the summers there were actually pretty warm but she would rather be warm than to be cold. There was just something about the cold that she just didn't like all that much. "I rather enjoy the summer. Good time of the year for long naps and the nights are wonderful. I don't much like the winter when it is cold. It just doesn't...sit right with me I guess. It's like the cold creeps all the way into your bones and then it takes all summer to get it out, only for it to return again in the winter." she explained to him and laid her head hdown across her front legs. She really did not like the winter and was rather glad that is was finally at an end. I would still be cool for a while but atleast it wasn't the blistering cold of winter.

Mika flicked his ears as he listened to Lupita talk. He didn't say anything for a while. He just wanted to listen to her sweet voice for a little while longer. Closing his eyes, he relaxed his body all the way as he stretched his legs out so that his paws touched the ground. He knew right then that he wanted to spend more time with her and never leave her side, not even to go back down to the Realm. He knew that everyone down there wouldn't miss him-even his half-brother. Sighing softly, he opened one eye and gaze down at the ground, wondering what was going to be in store for the both of them.

She too relaxed even more and laid her ears back against her head. She yawned a bit and couldn't help it. His presence was calming to her and she didn't know why really, but she didn't much care. He still had not picked up on her disability and she was a bit nervous of what he would say when he did. With that thought she looked back at him over her left shoulder, so she could see him with her good eye since it was her right that was blind.

Mika noticed out of the corner of one of his eyes that Lupita was staring at him. He gazed at her for a few moments before turning his gaze back down at the ground. He didn't care if she was staring at him. He was just happy to be around someone he had gotten to care for. Sighing again, he closed his eyes slightly as he began to do something he hadn't done since he was a kit-purr.

"Why are you being so nice and willing to be near me today?" she abruptly asked wondering what his intentions were. She still could remember the last time they had met and how they had argued. It confused her and she just wanted to know his intentions. "I am not trying to be rude or anything. It's just...well the last time we met you were rather rude and we did nothing but argue."

Mika stopped purring as he heard Lupita ask him a question. He canted his head slightly, a little curious of where she was going with the question. Hearing her next statement, he sighed softly as he closed his eyes. "I was in a rather bad mood that day and nothing seemed to sweeten it, despite me not wanting to fight with you." He sighed again as he opened his eyes and stared at a nearby tree. "The reason why I am being nice is to apologize for everything that I did in our first meeting. I was rather rude and that wasn't like me at all." He flicked an ear slightly, wondering if she would accept his apology.

She listend to his explination/appology thoughtfully and wondered what had been so bad about his day to make him so mean. But she decided against asking him since it really was none of her business. "I see." she said and thought for a moment. "You know, it really isn't good for one to be in such a bad mood even if thier day is not going well." she said and then laughed mentally thinking that she should follow her own advice. "Appology accepted by the way."

Mika pinned his ears back against his skull as he got lectured by Lupita. He didn't mean to be in a foul mood that day, but the lack of attention along with Malha's disappearance from his sights made him that way. "I shall try to remember that next time," he said to her in a soft voice, nearly missing her acceptance of his apology.

"You should. It might help you when you run into those you do not know. Our first meeting may have gone better if you had been in a better mood." she said and closed her eyes, laying her head on her fore arms. "I was rude too that day but I was only giving back what was being given to me."

He nodded his head somberly. Slowly he was beginning to dread their first meeting and he wanted to forget it very easily. Sighing, he shifted his body slightly so that he didn't get too sore if he ever got up and he let one paw drift down over her back and touch the ground lightly. "Do you think about ever having children one day?" he asked her curiously, a little interested in what her answer would be,

Her ears instantly perked up at his question and she lifted her head, turning so she could see him with her good eye. She had not been expecting a question like that, especially not from him, though she didn't know why it had caught her so off guard. "Well...not really, no. It hasn't really crossed my mind yet. Nothing has really given me a reason to think about that. What about yourself?"

Mika shrugged his shoulders slightly as he began to trace his paw on the soft sand. He was expecting something like that from her. "When I was younger, no. Now that I am older, I have no idea. I can't imagine me having any children at all, yet it is bound to happen sooner or later. My half-brother probably was the same way I was before he became a father."
