The interactions between Locke and Ben were really really good, I don't know if it's just the characters that have that chemestry or if it should be chalked up to amazing acting.
What was the electricty-hamster quote? That cracked me up too, I'll have to rewatch it just for some of the dialouge!

Am I the only one that thinks that Locke did NOT blow up the submarine? He was perfectly dry going into the submarine yet when we next saw him (back out of the sub), he was sopping wet. Why? And what happened to his pack? Something fishy here. I don't think he blew up the submarine. He blew up *something* though, that's for sure.
Also, my theory: Locke's dad? The real Sawyer. He's the Sawyer that James Ford has been searching for all these years. And now they're both on the same island. Oh boy. This is going to get really good if I'm right.

just watched this episooode. i think it was one of the most satisfactory episodes yet. loved the dialogue between locke and ben and the part where sayid talks to alex. The Last Plantagenet Also, my theory: Locke's dad? The real Sawyer. He's the Sawyer that James Ford has been searching for all these years. And now they're both on the same island. Oh boy. This is going to get really good if I'm right. :O

I believe somebody called Locke's dad by a name that sounded vaguely like "Sawyer," but wasn't. James misheard? Lawl? Benry is just way too cool.

In my opinion, I think this episode was the best of this season so far. I found myself interested in the whole episode.
Plus I loved the Jack and Kate scenes.

Plus I loved the Jack and Kate scenes. Amazingly, when characters do things to advance the plot, it makes the episode better! And when they tell each other pertinent information! I think the writers may have stumbled onto a winning formula. BTW, I love your signature.

ElaborateDream Kira Sunfire This episode was awesome! I had so been looking forward to the Kate/Jack reunion though, that what really happened was rather...disappointing. Even though I suppose Jack was still trying to be heroic in a way, he failed miserably this time. They really should have just made out. You had to love some of the lines between Ben and Locke too: Ben: "Get the man from Tallahassee." Locke: "Is that some kind of code?" Ben: "No, John, we don't have a code for 'Help, there's a man hiding in my closet with a gun to my daughter's head.' Apparently we should though." and... Ben: "What if I told you about the magic box, where you can pull out anything you can dream of?" Locke: "I hope that box is big enough to pull you out another submarine then." I love the part where Ben was like: "What do you mean by that you know the island better than me?" And Locke was like "Cause your in a wheelchair and Im not.." XD And the ending!! THAT WAS FREAKING AWESOME!! Did you see the look on his dad's face?! It was like seeing a ghost. yeeessss LOL twas a great one i loved the lil backchat that Locke continually shot at ben haha *shudders* he creeps me out whee lol xx

THAT WAS FREAKING AWESOME!! Did you see the look on his dad's face?! It was like seeing a ghost. I gotta give props to actors that can convey so much with just the look on their face. This could be because I stink at drawing expressions... xp I also agree this ep had some of the best lines this season. Locke and Ben deffinately need to remain in contact. Finally, I think the Locke's Dad = Original Brand Sawyer rumor has been out there since he took Locke's kidney.
