Kura X The Japanese title is Makai Senki: Disgaea. From what little Japanese that I know Makai means Netherworld...what does Senki mean? "Strategy" or "battle". So.. War of the Netherworld~

Rei_Kusanagi Well there's also an heaven.... I think it's to the fact the whole game is very unheard of (playing the next overlord.....wtih exploding penquins, flash gordon rip offs, and even an angel) Perhaps "Hour of Darkness" refers to Celestia. After all, I wouldn't be proud if the supposedly purest race that I'm part of attempted a genocide, you know?

War of the Netherworld~ Oddly enough, I've seen a picture with Disgaea characters which reads "War of the Makai 2." I'll post it . . .  That's odd with Makai Wars for the PSP coming out soon . . .

War of the Netherworld~ I myself found these meanings too: senki (n) battle flag senki (n) time for battle; military secrets; strategy senki (n) military history

Saiyuki- The Journey West Disgaea- The Hour of Darkness And.. I'm not positive about the Saiyuki story (is there a site that has the original story?) But Flonne gets the help of demons to find out about something terribly wrong in Celestia... And I think Genzo(sp?) gets the aide of similar creatures?
