He wondered briefly why Elnara had been the only one of all the children in the family to be like their mother ... could it have been because she was the only daughter? Or was there another factor?

Well I guess it would sort of defeat the purpose of traveling, would it not? Gion grinned. Ah well, after all it's not where you go but how you get there, isn't that right?

Well it depends, it would just be a quicker jounrney and the scenery would be different. Everything looks like a toy model when you look at it from the sky.

But yes, how you get there matters as much as the trip.

Especially when we don't have a set or final destination, Gion added. I guess I'm doing this to find out ... if I have what it takes to do it, really. Show people I'm more than my size. So really the journey is the important part here, isn't it?

After all you're a bright young man, it shouldn't be that much trouble for you to journey. Better to travel while you're young, just don't end up in half of the situtations I did.

That or Long would.... If I ever get back and out of the sword he would do so the minute he found out.

Daemon replied trying to think of how he would explain this, the story after all what began it went back years.

Gion laughed out loud - or would have if he could have. Well it's not like we're lacking in time, he grinned. We're going to be traveling for a loooooong time, and we've got all the time in the world.
