I have no doubts that your character deserves a seal of approval. It's got plenty of information, and the pictures provide a really good reference.
As for the reason she arrives on the island, I'm more partial to the Serum 45 choice.

Ooh, severley awsome. Seems like a very down to earth character, apart from the horrible brain demons parasites, which I think will actually prove very interesting. I'm curious as to how they would react to her changes.
Anywho, overall seems like a great , ballenced concept. One thing that I would like to see however though is just random info. I duon' know why, but I always love just getting random stuff about their past or interests or personality. I think it helps to change the charachter from being just a charachter, to being their own being.

xd Its better than being too big and people wondering why the result is a blank space. I got one project out of the way and i'll hopefully be able to use my "beak time" between art commissions to get them colored so its more visible.
