In History class this one time there was this kid with a black shirt that had a white imprint of retro Sonic on it and said 'Say hello to my little friend'. That shirt was my lord and savior xD

I haven't even seen any Sonic merchandise on sale since I got back from the US. I haven't seen thorough marketing of Sonic since Sonic 2 was released - and that was over thirteen years ago now.

Really, Nua? Forbidden Planet (and Argos too, I believe) has been selling the Sonic X merch, ranging from plushies, keychains and that really weird Sonic punching bag thing. I've seen them all recently, even had the younger brother of a friend randomly buy a mini SA2 Tails from someplace or other.
Also caught one store selling Archie at one point, I was a bit flabbergasted.
Sonic X is INSANELY popular in this country and money is being made from it. Game fans just have to take what little we can get, even if it is Sonic appearing in McDonald's adverts in the form of a spinner disc launcher which comes with the Happy Meal.

Once when I went on a Jurassic Park ride, on a screen, it had mario being hung by his hands and sonic with a whip behind him, but you could only see it for a few seconds.

Okay, our story starts off as my family and i are leaving a theme park called Lake Winnie i'm talking to my brother and he said that he saw a Knuckles pillow for one of the carnival prize. He said he was gonna win it for me but my parents said to him that it was "too late for carnival games" or something like that. Another time (i don't know if this counts) i was on youtube.com and i was looking at Sonic AMVs then i saw an AMV of somebody capturing on film of them being in a Arcade or something, suddenly, they saw this guy dressed as Sonic, dancing! And would you believe it, it attracted a small crowd. To me it was very awkward.

Jesse.L they were the big sized prizes at one of those rip off games.. I once saw a Spyro at one before, and I'm sure Snoic, but to get more on-topic, I was walking in the hall towards the side of the school where I leave from and there's this huge guy wearing the same brown Sonic shirt i was (only his was from Wal-Mart and mine was from JCPenny...mine's cooler, so nya dude! :p) that reads "Old School" i love that shirt, and I've nearly worn it out, because the print's cracking. It also used to have a slight shiny coat of something over it...It's not shiny no more.... gonk And I went to a Fudruckers and they had Sonic and Amy in one of the crane machines. I liked to spend ten bucks trying to get at Sonic... They sucked!!! I was sad.... crying

I went to Durham, North Carolina for a graduate school pre-application visitation thing. They took us to some Fair in town. After me and some other girls finished gettign fake tattoos we decided to look around. At a water gun game I saw big Sonic and Knuckles plushies!!! I must have spent over $10 paying several rounds for all of us so I could get both of them. Sadly we only won once and I had to make the hardest decision ever... But now I got a big Sonic sitting on my bed! I luv it. Funny thing is I carried Sonic all the way back to the University and we had dinner afterwards. Yeah, the Drs. looked weirdly at me. I guess that's why I'm not studying there sweatdrop
Another time, I was with a friend at Hot Topic (fave store in the world). I walked in and saw Sonic in several T-shirts and started jumping up and down. I got two of them.

You're lucky. Every time I go to Hot Topic, they have only the weird shirts in stock... I should go and look at the keychains since they have Sonic X keychains that I want for sale in random stores, and since HT has that kinda stuff.... Dont worry about being weird. At least you didn't take Sonic to dinner and have a conversation with him...and if you did, it's perfectly alright. 3nodding

Even BHS is getting in on the Sonic X stuff - I found a t-shirt there late last year. OK, granted it is for boys aged 11-12, but it fits me fine biggrin
A charity shop had a huge Sonic plush (I presume like those fairground types) for the princely sum of £3. How could I resist? So he has pride of place on top of my chest of drawers.
