The nurse started to relax, already falling to sleep under the spell. Magdala was gathering the equipment to patch up the wound from the supplies. "Keep at it Laurel," she encouraged.

Hattie made her way towards the Medical Shelter. She had been directed here by another passing Super when her Garage had been destroyed by some freak War accident. She had sustained a large cut on her arm and one on her right cheek when she fought her way into the wreckage to find a picture of a young man. She had gotten it, thus the injuries.
She shook her head, her thick dreds shaking with the motion. She now had the picture stuffed into her pocket. She couldn't remember the name of the boy in the picture, she knew he was important to her. She lightly ran her finger over the scar beside her belly button as she pushed open the door to the Shelter.

Ruby nearly ran into Hattie as she pushed her way inside the shelter, "Oops, sorry sugar." She smiled wide, with her usual instant friendly expression. She glanced down at Hattie's arm and frowned, "Aw, sug, that ain't good, come here an' I'll help stitch you up."

Three Lost soldiers found their way to the Shelter fully armed and dangerous each only with minor scratches from a recently destroying a family of supers (including young children) easily with little resistance. They move to the door two ready themselves to enter while the third kicks open the door. His other two comrades move into the Shelter each moving in. They each hold their rifles up ready to gun down anyone who attempts to resist. the third enters right after the first two also holding his rifle ready to fire. the voice of one comes over his com system "Your all under arrest by the Alliance for harboring and working with supers. All of you on your knees with your hands place on your head!!!" He yells. Their sensors have already quickly picked up each Super in the building marking them on each screen in the eye piece the soldiers wear. One Soldier trains his rifle on Ruby and Hattie them being the two closes tot he trio.
((this is just three soldiers who got lost deciding to raid this building.))

Laurel says to Magdala, "Please keep her safe while I help deal with this." She allows the Shadow Cloak to cover her as she calls up Dark of Night, blanketing the entire area in blackness, blocking all light sources. (She can still see perfectly, however.) She draws a pair of throwing blades from pockets of her Cloak.

Hattie looked up at Ruby and gave a her an equal smile. "I'm alright, really." Hattie said to the girl. Hattie raised her hand slowly and closed her eyes, testing the elements ion the area. Since most natural resources were being sucked up in the War effort, she could barely summon enough stable elements to heal her little wounds.
Once she was healed, just dropped her hand and opened her eyes. "Point me to the direction of work!" She chuckled. "I'm here ta help!"

The Soldiers can each be seen by Laurel reaching up to do something to the devices covering their eyes. each Soldier activate their nightvision finding that don't work they quickly switch to infrared. Now each sees in heat'o'vision. "Open fire!" The highest ranking yells the other two was no time.
One pulls his trigger on Hattie which he already had been aiming at while the another picks out a doctors to fire at. The third aims for Magdala fireing off two shots.

((then they just use their super detection devices to see the major threats... the supers... so people with powers where targeted for the most part then Magdala just happened to be lucky and get shot at too... cause i dunno if she has powers or not...))

Like a shadow in the night, Laurel slips quietly up behind the leader, then throws her blades at the other two soldiers. ((one weapon attack against each)) [7,5,-,50] ((5 posts left on the spell)) The leader activates his Power nuller. while the other two take a knife to the arm. Each moves their rifle from the sudden pain thus missing their targets. The leader now fires at Magdala. (7 3 1 15) (7 3 1 15) (5 3 0 20)

Everything goes black for Laurel, but she knows exactly where the leader is (especially with the gunshot to guide her). She punches him in the kidney, then kicks him in the side of the knee. (two normal attacks)

Laurels punch hits his hard armor more urting her fist then him. The Leaders knee buckles as he is struck and he goes down to one knee while trying to turn and get a lock on Laurel.
The PFC steps away from Laurel firing again at Hattie this time with better aim and no knives to knock him off target
While the PV2 Goes deeper into the room knocking down a human doctor on his way He then turns quickly and lock onto Ruby firing at her also.

Laurel stifled a yelp as her fist slammed into the armor ((not explicitly mentioned in the soldier's profile BTW)), but she heard and felt him drop in front of her. She reached out with her good hand to locate him, and felt him turning, so she stepped around him again and kicked him in the same knee.
