Rogue saw the beach around the same time as Serge, but didn't think anything of the changing scenery. A different beach os a different beach, it's all connected to the same piece of land anyways.... usually.
Letting go of the fin, she grinned and waved to the dolphin as it began to swim in a circle before swimming off away. Kicking her legs slightly she ended up at the surface in no time, enjoying the oxygen in her lungs as she took a few deep breaths.
After that was all done with, she began to swim towards the shore, glad when she finally began walking through the sand. This was definitely a random experience she wasn't expecting when she came to the waters.
Finally a good distance away from the water, and onto the beginnings of some soft grass, Rogue sat down before laying back and smiling as her face was underneath the shade of a nearby tree.
"Well, that was interesting."

Serge, nodded as he walked on the sand, but the shook his head quickly back and forth, trying to get as much salt water out as he could.
"Yes, it was..." The boy noted as he sat down not too far from Rogue, but out in the sun. He needed to dry off, and then figure out a way to tell where they were. "We should try and figure out where we are..."
That said Serge turn attention to his hair, mumbling and muttering about how it was going to be impossible to handle after it dried, and that the salt was going to kill it if he didn't get it out soon. You'd never think it to just look at him, but Serge was rather proud, and fond of his hair.

Sitting up after a minute or two of resting in the shade, Rogue took off her shoes and socks and set them off to the side in the sun to dry seperately. After doing that she headed over to Serge and before saying anything, heard a few of his words and grinned.
"Yes, we should. But Ah get we're probably close to where we were, and just are in a different part... or somethin'." A pause, "Why are ya bein' fussy with ya hair?" She asked. She thought it was a girls' job to be fussy about it, but since she wasn't herself, she figured a boy could be fussy to take her place... or something, she didn't think too hard on it.

"We're all fussy with our hair at home..." Serge answer distractedly as he reached into his pocket only to find his comb missed. "Father says if we don't take care of our hair, he'll cut it off...none of us want that, as we're all rather proud of our hair."
"...I don't suppose you have comb or a brush on you...do you?" He asked dejectedly. "I seem to have lost mine..."
"As for the beach...I'm worried this might not be an island..." He said as he looked left and the right. "But...I might just be worried for nothing."

"Really? Ah think that if someone cut off mah hair, Ah'd have to cry." She grinned as she started to search her pockets.
"Ah don't think so... uh... nope. Sorry." She said sheepishly as she scratched the back of her neck.
"Well, ya might be worried for nothin', but ya also might be right, of course. Don' put yaself down like that. It ain't good for the soul." She said with a sweet smile.

Serge sighed a bit, still running his fingers through his hair. "I hope this is enough to keep it from being too troublesome when I get home..." He said a little worriedly. "Riku'll have my head if it's tangled too much..." The comment wasn't really meant for Rogue, but was loud enough she'd likely hear it just the same.
Finally giving up, the boy stood and looked around again. "So...which way do you think we should go to check...? Left, right or through the trees?"

Rogue smiled as she walked up to him and lifted a hand to his hair, fixing where his hair had flipped to the wrong side. Quickly fixing it, she grinned.
"Ah dunno, we could go either way... but considering the fact that the forest isn't the safest area, and the dolphins took us from that direction... Ah say we go in the direction we came from!" She said, pointing right.

Serge couldn't help the small blush that had hit his checks when Rogue had fixed his hair. That was the closest any girl had ever gotten to him, and it threw him off a little.
The blush faded fast enough after she had finished, but he was still a little flustered by the act, not used to having a girl that close, and as such just nodded somewhat dumbly to the idea given by the girl, waiting for her to lead the way.
((Heheh, poor kid is too used to the way Hinata acts, he's no clue how to react to a forward girl, I think Rogue could likely get away with just about anything and Serge would be completely helpless to react in any way but freezing up.
Either of the other two boys and she'd be getting weird looks.))

Bending down to pick up her socks and shoes, she hopped around on one foot then the other to put them on before turning to Serge.
"Are ya alright?" She asked as she leaned in a bit closer and smiled, Serge seemed fine until that moment, he went a bit red around the edges. It was almost cute... except that it might be a random fever.
"Come on, let's go." She said happily as she started walking in the direction she had pointed in.

Serge shook his head to clear it the moment her back was turned, and sighed before before following. He was beginning to think there was something wrong with him...he'd felt scared but not scared both times Rogue had gotten close, and then there was the odd heat on his cheeks...
That had to be a sign something was wrong with him.

Rogue hummed softly to herself as she looked around, nothing looked familiar but then again she never paid much attention to the trees when she went to the beach. Only the select few that she chose to climb....
she was going to climb a tree to find out where they were!
"Serge c'mere a sec, Ah've got an idea!" She said excitedly as she ran into the woods a little bit looking around for the perfect tree. After only a few seconds of searching she quickly bent her knees before jumping up into the depths of the leaves. Not even needing to take her time, she quickly climbed and looped around the tree before pulling herself up to the almost-top of the tree.
Poking her head up and out... she frowned. She didn't recognize a single thing. "Uh oh."

Serge followed quickly, but stopped at the bottom of the tree. "Rogue...?" He questioned when he heard the 'Uh oh' from above, and decided to join her.
Reaching about the same level as her he looked around, noting the the trees, even from up in the one, seemed to block off seeing if there was any land beyond them. "I have a feeling I'm not gonna like what you say next..."

Rogue decided to sit on a branch and watch Serge climb up the tree after her, he wasn't that bad. No southern tree-climbing champion, but he wasn't that bad.
"Um... Ah can't see anythin' but trees. No houses, no pathways... no beach where we used to be..." Her lips curved into a slight frown as she furrowed her brow.
She wasn't sure what to do now.

Serge sighed. "Yep...I didn't like it..." Sitting on his own branch, though a bit unsteadily at first, he looked over to her with his own frown. "We've got two choice at this point...find a sheltered place and try and make a camp, or continue down the beach and hope we find a path or something or the sort."
Serge personally thought better of the former, with how late it was getting. The tide had reached it's highest before they even made shore, and now the sun was setting.
If here was anything like Traverse Town, being near water meant cold nights. But he'd leave it up to Rogue, as he knew his father wouldn't panic over one night missing, so long as nothing happened to the charm around his wrist.
The advantage of having a father who studied mystic arts and ancient spells/charms/runes he supposed.

Swinging her feet underneath her slightly, Rogue thought over the two options. "Well, with option two we could eventually find someone t'help us... but option one has us bein' safe and warm all night... Ah must say that one sounds a lot better than what could happen if we didn't make a shelter." She paused and looked up at Serge.
"How do we make a shelter?" While Rogue was a tomboy and a tree climber, that was where her wilderness knowledge ended. She lived in a big warm house and never did the thought of camping ever cross her mind.
